The staff is super friendly, and nice. Dr. Drum is very thorough in his work, and makes sure your comfortable and understands what he's doing. The staff helped me pick out frames that give me lots of compliments. I have no issue getting in to be seen, either. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Drum is incredibly thorough. He explains things clearly and makes sure you understand what he's talking to you about. Chrissy is the sweetest, gentlest soul. That woman would give you the shirt off your back if you needed it! Love Lancaster Eye.

I had a wonderful visit even though I need glasses the doctor was fantastic at explaining everything. The young lady was really knowledgeable about the fitting of the glasses. And the selection of glasses was impressive. I quickly made my decision now I will see how it goes when they come in.

Dr. Drum is an excellent doctor and a wonderful man. During my exam he freely shared practical eye care methods and took the time to write down recommendations so I could look them up when I got home. I Iearned more from him in one visit than in all of my visits combined at a former provider. Dr. Drum and his staff are warm, patient, and thorough. I am grateful to have him available to us in the North Country.

Very helpful staff went thru the lenses and options with me , helped pick out frames. Drum is amazing. Very thorough and explains everything he sees. I have been going to him for several years and always been very happy. Turn around for glasses once ordered is 10 to 14 days and they are waranteed, better priced than places like Walmart.

I always have a great experience here, Dr. Drum is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and any and all of your questions get answered. I would like to also add they have an excellent selection of frames to choose from, highly recommend!

Lost a contact lens and they fit me in between other appointments immediately. Then Dr. Drum managed to make a slight alteration to my prescription that's allowed me to give up my reading glasses completely! I'm nearsighted, and before this, I always had to wear readers with my contacts, or else take out my contacts to read. No more! My new prescription works for both distance & close. Fantastic. No one else has managed this in 20 years. Cannot recommend Dr. Drum enough. Entire staff at Lancaster Eye Care is friendly and competent, been forging along throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Great place.

I feel the quality and professional atmosphere of Lancaster Eye the instant I walk in their door. Cathy, Andrea and Dr. Drum are warm, helpful, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. They are an impressive health care group for the north country.
