I've seen numerous providers about my dry eye condition in the last few months and was so pleased to meet Dr. Winnie Tseng. She took the time to really understand my concerns and how they were affecting my daily life. She was able to provide immediate relief options as well as long term treatments that other providers do not have the equipment to provide. I did the Lipiflow treatment and am already experiencing relief. I highly recommend Littleton Eye Care and Lipiflow - worth a long drive. I'm feel very hopeful now that I have Dr Tseng on my team for long term management of my dry eye.

Everything was perfect. From the ease in making the initial appointment, to checking in, pre-doctor appointment information getting in the office, were all done with care, sensitivity and the highest level of professionalism. My appointment was with Dr. Stratton. He was amazing. He was prompt and did many tests to find out what my vision situation was. He was patient, found out what my issue was, explained it to me very clearly and laid out my options. It was one of the best doctor-patient interactions I have ever had. Post appointment was also great where I picked out frames and then checked out. Everyone was perfect, from check in to check out. We are very fortunate to have such first class care in our region.

Just moved to NH from MA. I lost my glasses and needed to have both an eye exam and get new frames and lenses. My experience was nothing short of exceptional. It was easy to get an appointment, using both the Website and over the phone. The staff was dedicated to a complete experience. The front office knew what they were doing, the exam itself was very coordinated and thorough, and the selection of frames and optometry staff was first rate. Having been used to the experience at Mass. Eye and Ear in Boston, I can compare the care and expertise of Littleton Eye Care as on par, even better. It was so great to have such an experience in the north country.

Dr Watari, his receptionist and his assistant are all top notch. Professional, welcoming, and efficient. I was in a rush to have to grab my child from daycare and Dr watari was very accommodating and ensured he gave a thorough exam all while keeping me on time for my next stop.

I have been to Lincoln for many years but this was my first time at Littleton Eye Care. I had an emergency and they squeezed me in. I was grateful as it was painful. Dr. Tseng and her staff did their usual thorough and efficient job describing and explaining everything that was happening with my eye and patiently answering any questions I had. When I left I had answers, prescription sent to the pharmacy and ready when I got back to my own town so no suffering through the night, and a course of action for me to take to get rid of the problem. The office itself was clean, neat, inviting and I'd never thought I would say this about any doctor's office, but cozy making me feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you Dr Tseng and staff for being there for me. You are all the very best!!

Everyone was very helpful and engaged. Reception, optometrist, everyone! Beautiful comfy office. Great selection of glasses. I've been a customer at the Woodsville office for a long time. Everyone in my family had used this organization, for regular visits and a few scary times for injury, which they were so kind and caring about. Whichever town you see them at, you can't make a better choice for care. I literally switched our insurance company to keep coming to them. I don't usually use the Littleton office, but the renovation at this one was stellar. It feels like a spa.

I was experiencing problems with my left eye after injections. I called LEC and they took me in immediately and evaluated the situation with the assurance there was no infection, followed by consultation. I am very grateful for the quick attention and the benefit of their professional expertise. They have a five star rating from me

I thought it was great. I was impressed with the technology and the staff. I'm the type that is very nosey.( I Ask alot of questions) sometimes people get annoyed. ( by the way Dr.Griffin, that's what the cover of the book I told you about looks like.)
