MyEyeDr on DW Hwy in Merrimack is the best optometry facility I have ever encountered in the past 50 years. After every appointment, I feel very confident that I have received top-of-the-line quality care. The examinations there are quite thorough: every aspect of the exams is clearly explained and all questions are patiently addressed. You feel that no stone is left unturned. Dr. Groves and all the members of his staff are polite and respectful, demonstrating considerable commitment to making the patient's experience a pleasant one. I highly recommend that you consider visiting this practice for addressing your eye health needs.

I went in for a regular check up, and was pleased by the level of professionalism and courtesy of Dr. Francis and his intern. When it came to purchasing a new pair of frames, Lynette was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond in sourcing the pair of frames that I wanted which were not on hand at the time. She took her time with me going over the various lens options and found the best option for me. When the frames came in, she gave me a call, gave me a recap of everything, and told me not to hesitate to call her. The staff at this location are great!

Lynette at MyEyeDr is absolutely amazing! She truly knows her stuff and made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but she's also very funny and personable, which made the visit fly by. The whole office was welcoming and efficient, and I felt genuinely well taken care of from start to finish. Excellent place, excellent experience--highly recommend!

Dr. Francis and his staff are very professional while being very down to earth. My eye exam was very thorough. Lynette was so helpful in choosing the right frame for me. She went above and beyond. I highly recommend myeyedoctor!

Great experience as always. They always seem to have great interns. Lynette was exceptional helping my choose a new set of frames and guiding me through all the lens options. She explained everything well and helped me to get a pair of new glasses that I love. She was also great about explaining the costs and what my insurance covered.

Lynette helped me order contacts lenses efficiently , with a reasonable price and was very friendly during the entire process. She managed to assist me with extra lenses to hold me over while I wait and I could not be happier! The office was beautiful and the staff was friendly!

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I walked in 15 minutes early for my first ever appointment. The desk was packed with people and I see a sign right on the desk that says scan now and check in here online. I complete the online check-in then I hear somebody come out and talk to the woman next to me and tell me the doctor's running 25 minutes behind. That's fine I can be patient and wait everybody runs behind now and then. At 5:15 I decide to go up to the desk and ask what's going on and how much longer it'll be before I get seen . They proceed to ask me if I checked in and I pointed to the sign and said yes I did. They said oh that sign doesn't check you in You have to see one of us. Sounds like you might want to take down the sign my eye doctor. I won't be back.

I have been a patient of my eye dr, specifically Dr. Groves since my optometrist retired approximately 10 years ago. He has always been courteous, professional and very straight forward. He impressed me so much, I transferred my kids from their old optometrist to his care. My kids thoroughly enjoy Dr. Groves as well because he treats them with great care. I highly recommend Dr. Groves as he is patient-centered, thorough and relatable.
