Aaaa+++++ appointment. Dr. Reese and crew were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They fully explained what they found, answered all of my questions and I left better informed, and confident In my new found knowledge. The front desk staff were super friendly and very helpful in helping me navigate my insurance and treated me like I was the only customer they had, they're laser focused dedication to helping their patients shone through like a star. Thank you to all of the staff.

Nothing like starting you week long vacation by breaking the bridge of your prescription Maui Jim sunglasses. Then came Conway Eye Care to the rescue. The MJs were not repairable but after searching every option of clip-on available, we ended up with a great alternative. Five star customer service and over the top effort. Thanks CEC for saving my vacation and my eyes from strain. And these cocoons don't make me look Too old.

Great selection of frames, better than most and the lab turns them around fairly quickly. I have bought two pairs of glasses from them and have had no issues with the lenses or quality. However, I found the customer service to be a little hit or miss. When I picked up a pair recently the tech just handed me the glasses, in the box, and that was that. Normally they take the glasses out clean them make sure they fit, if they are bifocals have you read something to make sure there are no issues with the lenses. I had to do all that while the tech sat there, really odd. I felt like I was in a Seinfeld skit. I had to ask for them to adjust them and they seemed inconvenienced. But that was one experience, I would certainly recommend them and go there again.

Dr. Sawyer explained my results very well and all testing was done easily. The front receptionists are very accommodating for scheduling. Very easy place to deal with!!!

I've been going here for a few years. I have had several appointments and two pairs of glasses made. The people are truly wonderful. From reception to medical practitioners to fitting glasses, they are kind, helpful, and patient. I require some extra testing because of a health issue, and I feel like I always have plenty of time to ask questions. As a disabled person with a service dog, I have found them all to be knowledgeable and the epitome of respectful. They worked seamlessly with my insurance companies (two!) and have great prices. I really appreciate everything they do!

I needed an emergency appointment they called me back within the hour and got me a same day appt. and fixed me up enough that I could take my son trick or treating. Everyone was kind and so helpful. After I left the appt, my pharmacy didn't carry the drops I needed, and once again they called me right back and sent my script to another pharmacy. Thank you Conway Eye
