Dr. Stegen gave a thorough exam, explaining everything along the way. I always had the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback. This eye practice is fantastic. My whole family goes here, including my 80-year-old mother who Is starting to show signs of dementia. At her last appt, she was experiencing some confusion with the complex instructions, but the tech placed her head gently, moved her very gently as needed, and guided her through the whole process with the utmost patience and care. The tech even said things like "oh, silly machine" so my mom didn't feel bad when she forgot what she was supposed to be doing. Incredible, caring, compassionate service. Dr. Stegen is awesome, he takes lots of time to explain everything he's doing. Everyone in the practice is just so nice and helpful. They also don't pressure you to buy glasses or contacts from them, though they give excellent service if you do. I appreciate this practice so much.
