My husband and I are so happy we found Windham Family Eye! Dr. Shanley is warm, friendly, and incredibly thorough with exams. Laurie is fantastic -- she gives honest, helpful advice when picking out frames, which makes the whole process so easy. The conversation and laughs are an added bonus. You can tell they both genuinely care and love what they do. It feels great to support a local business that truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I LOVE Windham Family Eye Care!!! They are kind, and treat you like family. I find it rare these days to find professionals that take the time to get to know you and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I highly recommend them and would drive for my yearly appoints should I ever move away.

Very friendly and competent staff. I really like that they don't try to sell you a bunch of extras or push you to use their contacts. They are very relaxed and easy going. Nice and close to the highway as well.

My husband and I recently had our annual eye exams and I have to say that we love Windham Family Eye Care. My husband got progressive lenses for the first time and after about a month of wearing them he decided he preferred single vision instead. Laurie was very accommodating as usual and sent them back to be changed. She also applied the hefty credit to a second pair of glasses that I just had to have. My family has been coming here for years and we've never had a bad experience with Jennifer or her staff. We've recommended her to many friends and they too have been very pleased with the service. Jennifer is very thorough with her exams and makes sure you are completely satisfied before you leave her office. I attribute her with saving the vision in my right eye. During a routine visit a couple of years ago, she found a "retinal vascular occlusion" or more specifically, a blood clot in the main artery of the retina. She immediately got me an appointment for the very next day with a Retina Specialist. Thanks to Jennifer, today I have 20/20 vision with the help of very stylish glasses of course!

Very impressed with the care and attention from Windham Family Eye Care. Dr Shanley provides personal, genuine, attentive care. Everyone in my family has been seen here and she was excellent with my 6 yr old. The receptionist has also been very helpful and responsive. So happy to have found this place!

Love Windham Family Eye Care. Jennifer is great and really takes the time to explain everything. She was fabulous testing my son with Autism for his very first eye exam Lori took the time to help my older son practice with his first contacts. It's like Cheers. . "Everybody knows your name, and they're always glad you came." I won't go anywhere else.

Dr. Jennifer Shanley is the best! She was so accommodating to my 7 year old daughter, who was terrified of getting eye drops to dialate her eyes. She was patient and kind and gave us an appointment at the last minute. Laurie greets you as soon as you walk in and she is such a doll! She has a great sense of style and is definitely someone you want to help you pick out a nice set of frames.
