America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I went there today after four years of buying my contact lenses from them, and sometimes they didn't work well. I asked if I could get a sample before buying my lenses, but she said I was just looking for freebies, even though I always paid a lot for my contact lenses. There was a Latina woman there, I think she was from Mexico, who was very rude and spoke poorly to people, and the manager was just as bad. It was a terrible experience... I went to another place and they treated me wonderfully.

I read many of the reviews before going and based on my visit, I loved it there. Ma'Ree was the woman who waited on me and was amazing. You could tell she was happy even with a mask on. The doctor was thorough and explained when and when not to wear my glasses. They took my temperature and had social distance rules setup. Pens being cleaned and are separated by dirty and clean. Chairs setup and apart. The pricing is what it is. Nice selection of frames. If you want standard plastic lenses with nothing special, the two pairs with exam is exactly that. If you want extras, you can ask and say yes or no. I paid extra for polycarbonate lenses and transition because I wanted it in one pair. The wait time, yes, will be one due to covid-19. I haven't had glasses in about 20 years. I am very nearsighted with astigmatism. They made it so easy for me to make an appointment, come in and get my eyes exammed and pick out my frames! Everyone is so nice and made the process so much easier.

Great experience! Everyone was so kind. Cami was so awesome she helped me pick out which glasses were best for my lenses and she explained everything to me. Great experience! Solid customer service.

Of all the America's Best locations I've been to, this one is my favorite. I happened to pick this one because it was the soonest eye exam appointment available near me. When I got there everyone was so nice and efficient. I had great interactions with Caitlin and Erica who really went above and beyond. Thanks also to Joyce for leading such an amazing team.

Cami and Ronni were amazing from the moment we walked in the door. We shared we had a not-so-great experience elsewhere and they gave us the best service! They went above and beyond to ensure my mom got the best pricing based on her insurance.

I missed one appointment on September 10th. Later that same day, I attempted to reschedule and received a confirmation. The next day, I received another confirmation followed by a cancellation, with no reason provided. I rescheduled again, thinking it was a mistake, but the same thing happened -- a confirmation and then a cancellation on the day of the appointment. When I called to confirm verbally, I was told I had missed several appointments, which is not true. I was then informed that if I had missed several appointments, I would only be able to walk in and wait. This has been a frustrating experience, especially since I only missed one appointment and have made multiple good-faith attempts to reschedule. It's not that I want to, but this situation is forcing me to look elsewhere for an exam.
