My cat scratch my eye with her nail and I was worried sick because there is such a thing called cat scratch disease and If it's left untreated then you can seriously damage your eye(sight). I found SightMD on the internet with a 4.9 review. I called and they gave me an appointment right away. Ramona at the front desk, the tech was so nice. Dr Birdi was thorough and super caring. He prescribed antibiotic and ointment for my eye and said it would heal. The visit turned out to be such a positive outcome and I'm so grateful for their caring and kindness. Thank you so much! Dr Anil Birdi of Sight MD is the best there is! His knowledge and professionalism is unmatched in his field. Combine that with a calm and friendly bedside manner and you can't go wrong. His staff are warm and friendly and everyone puts you at ease. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Front desk staff is clueless. A man came in asking to make an appointment for his wife for laser surgery. He was upstairs at NJ RETINA And they referred him to Sight Md. The lady was clueless why he was there to make an appointment. She said they have no Dr's that due laser surgery. The guy walked away to leave twice. They went to go get him after the Glasses associate walked over to explain he wants to make an appointment to get the process started etc. Me and another lady were laughing with each other, aside from another patient informing the desk lady that a certain Dr he was seeing today, did his laser surgery. This looks horrible for the practice and patients sitting in a waiting room. The lady I made eye contact with picking out glasses whom we laughed together, said she was there awhile and it was quite entertaining. So that leads me to believe the desk help was doing more then just what i witnessed. The desk lady needs to be retrained or retire. She should be ashamed of herself that a patient would leave and lose money and a patient for the practice because of her incompetence. If it weren't for the lady in the glasses department, the customer would have left. The 2nd desk lady was pretty unsure and unhelpful as well. Even though she then took care of him. The original lady was rude as well telling the patient he just walked in, and he has to wait and to give her time to finish the lady she was already with. That's fine, but then be quiet and don't tell patient's false information while checking someone out, as you confused him and everyone sitting there. I'm unaware of her name but she has glasses and very short cropped brown hair at the desk.

We recently had an appointment with Dr. Birdi. The thing that stood out was him being so patient, taking the time and thoroughly reviewing the test results and also performing the eye examinations without rushing. He was able to clearly provide guidance on next steps and recommendation. The office staff were very polite and accommodating. The office was very clean. Overall it was a very positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Birdi for your eye needs.

I am so grateful that I found this amazing practice. This was my first visit and I could not possibly feel more reassured than I do now that I finally have the best possible team to treat my vision problems. I arrived with some recent problems with my sight that I was really worried about but after having the chance to speak with the doctor, I felt immediately relieved and hopeful. Dr. Birdi was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable and clearly an exceptional surgeon and Victoria was compassionate and very helpful and kind. They are a great team; both of them were patient and took the time to explain everything, with a genuine interest in making sure that they eliminated all of my concerns. And they did. I am actually looking forward to a surgery that I previously dreaded to have with other providers and now I feel confident and safe and trust that the absolute best practitioner is performing it. The Staff was great. Dr. Birdi, hmmm...i would not recommend, he's not to friendly and needs to be more patient, telling a patient that they are inconsistent with their eyes say is just ludicrous isn't that why I went there but I won't return I only went because that's for the insurance sent me I do not recommend! That's My review!!!!

Today was my initial office visit and cataract exam and it just couldn't have been a more pleasant patient experience. Dr. Birdie and his staff really spent a lot of time testing and evaluating my mecongenital cataracts. This is the very best experience I've ever had with an eye care practice. Thanks so much!
