Great experience overall. Front Desk ladies were very nice. The woman who started my exam was very sweet. Dr. Cervenak was personable and very informative.

Dr modi is personable and smart. I've been going to him for over five years now, when I had a bad infection and he took great care of me. Now I visit him for annual checkups on my vision and don't want to go with anyone else.

From the moment I walked in everyone was kind and attentive. Great vibe. Dr Cervenak is as always informative and detail oriented. Her warmth and care always shine through. Wonderful experience.

Martina, a staff member who speaks Arabic, showed a clear lack of professionalism, thoughtfulness, and willingness to help patients. Despite seeing my father struggling at the front desk and being informed that he needed Arabic assistance, she refused to step in and had a dismissive, unwelcoming attitude. I later called and spoke with the office manager, Jasmine, and hope this issue is taken into serious consideration. Patients who rely on language assistance deserve respect and proper care, which this office lacks, even though they have staff who speak multiple languages specifically for this purpose.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents, who had an appointment at this office this past Friday. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Before the appointment, I specifically called the office to confirm that an Arabic speaker would be available to assist my parents, as they do not speak English well. I was assured that this would not be an issue and that an Arabic-speaking staff member was available. However, upon arrival, the staff member named "Martina", who was identified as the Arabic speaker, didn't assist them. She saw my father clearly struggling at the front window trying to communicate, yet did not step in to help at all. My father even called out to her and told her that he knew she spoke Arabic, but she still refused to assist. Her attitude was unwelcoming, dismissive, and very unprofessional. She also did not make any effort to come into the office to help translate during the visit with the doctor. As a result, my parents were unable to communicate effectively, did not understand the visit, and ultimately gained nothing from the appointment. This situation could have been easily avoided if the office had honored what was promised over the phone. Patients who rely on language assistance deserve respect and proper care. Sadly, this experience left my parents feeling frustrated, uncomfortable, and disregarded. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and improves how they accommodate non-English-speaking patients in the future.

The Doctor was very pleasant and answered my questions, the staff was also quite nice and polite. There was a little bit of a wait but it's to be expected because they seem to do great business

Dr Modi is the best! As someone who also works in healthcare, I choose my doctors very carefully. He is very smart, competent and caring. I know I'm in good hands.

My mom has been a patient of Dr. Ray's, for years and I am now accompany her at each visit. It's has been a great experience; from the receptionist, doctor's assistant doctor and eye-glass associate. Everyone is pleasant and helpful!!
