He asked for my favorite colors, showed many different frames looked best, gave me second opinions, and picked out other options while staying in my insurance price range. I am very satisfied. I HAD to review this location - because the doctor and staff are EXCEPTIONAL. I mean it. Dr Shin was funny, but also extremely professional, and especially because she went out of my way to make my entire visit memorable. I know - you wouldn't think it for your basic ophthalmologist - but it's so true. She even helped me pick frames that worked great for me. Also, shout out to Zuleika who helped process my order. SO friendly and so courteous.
I highly recommend you go out of your way to come here for your visit, you'll be pleasantly surprised and glad you did.

I was thrilled to find out thatVSP is accepted here . Also they have a new eye doctor . She is exceptional , knowledge and very good at her Craft . First time in all my years of getting glasses I didn't get that lightheaded dizziness feeling with the new prescription. Now as for the staff Jermey who to my surprise is the manager he's awesome top notch then we had Keith help us yet another great employee helpful and knowledgeable let me not forget about Stephen who also assisted us . Overall my family's experience was a 10+ these three men not only took the time to help us pick out glasses they spoke honestly about which ones looked good on us . And for this reason it's the first time I purchased two sets of glasses for myself and my daughter my son only wanted one pair . It's hard to find customer service like this especially with such honesty. Great job guys kudos to you three and the doctor for making our experience outstanding because of your welcoming attitudes.
