I had never been here before, but my daughter was having some issues that I wanted to address ASAP and they got us in the next day for an 'emergency' visit. Everyone was so kind. Dr. Martella-Whorton was so patient and friendly with my 5 year old, and all of the women there were great with her, as well. I felt the exam was very thorough, and I left with much more peace of mind. Highly recommend if you are in need of an eye doctor!

First time there 1/14/26 because my usual OD called me two days before my yearly exam to tell me they no longer take my insurance. I'm so grateful! As soon as I entered Family Vision Center I was greeted by a smiling, courteous receptionist (that was not my experience with my other office). I filled out paperwork and within minutes I was greeted by Dr. Martella-Whorton. I was accustomed to waiting 45 minutes to be put in a room to wait another 30 minutes. He is also so pleasant, calm, knowledgeable. Took his time. The office tech was equally pleasant and courteous. She administered a night vision test. My first ever and I'm 64! No burning drops or sitting around bleary eyed because they have state of the art testing machines that were so efficient and thorough! I left with samples of contacts that are perfect. No pressure or hard sell to buy their glasses and so I 100% will be for that reason. Gave the eye glass/contacts tech my insurance and she pleasantly and intelligently handled everything! From the receptionist to the doctor (in my case Dr.Martella)...fantastic, high-quality service. The staff were very patient, upbeat, and excited to help. Very caring and detailed work. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I always have a great experience every time I visit. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, and Dr. David Martello-Whorton is always pleasant, warm, and welcoming. I also love that there's plenty of parking for clients -- it makes visits so easy and stress-free!

The office is very clean staff is very nice. The eye doctor Dr. David Martella-Whorton was very professional.I like that he washed his hands directly before physical contact. He also took his time engaged in conversation answered all my questions and explained everthing in detail. To top it off he even gave me coupons for the over the counter recommendations. I love it here.
