Abessi Eye Care & Surgery

I am the worst when it comes to reviews. It takes me a lot to actually take a moment to sit and type a review as a busy working mom but when a doctor stands out in professionalism and care I will take a moment to do it. Dr. Abessi was so extremely professional, caring and sincere. I waited so long for the appointment after many recommendations and it was truly worth it. He took the time to answer all my fears and questions with compassion and care. He explained everything and it was as if I knew him for years. His knowledge and explanations of all made me feel confident in his care. I was not rushed, I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. I was treated with care and respect. Thank you so much to you and your staff! You are an excellent doctor!

Dr. Abessi is the very best, always patient and kind and always reassuring me of his prayers for me after having gone thru breast cancer treatments, he's always so genuine and caring to me and my mom. It's always a pleasure to see him and to be reassured that everything is good with me and my mom's vision. We look forward to seeing him again in 4 months. The best eye exam experience in over 40 years of seeing eye doctors! Dr. Abessi and team was thorough with every aspect of my visit. From friendly front desk, to the care giver who took reading and pictures, and finally to Dr. Abessi and his assitant, I felt informed. They detailed me in on everything they did. Would recommend Dr. Abessi to everyone who needs eye care; knowing well it is alomost impossible getting an appointment!

Dr. Abessi and his entire staff are kind, caring, and patient focused. Whether for my routine eye exam, or needing to be seen for other issues that arise, Dr. Abessi and his staff make me feel relaxed, heard, and that they genuinely care about my well-being over all. His billing staff went above and beyond fighting insurance with me and being patient through it all. He and his staff are truly the best!

Dr. Abessi is very generous with his time to think through a complex, two year long eye pain problem that other specialists were unable to solve. Even if it can't be solved, I have every confidence that he, and only, he will take the time, have the knowledge and determination to give his best care. Dr. Abessi is the best. I moved since seeing him last, but the hour trip was worth it, as he is very thorough, personable, and relieved my anxiety about my condition (macular degeneration, floaters, and cataracts) and possible treatments.

I had cataract surgery with Dr. Abessi, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received. Saw Dr Abessi + his staff today for the first time. Everything went well. I need to get a cataract done in next year or so. I have poor and complex eyesight (or lack thereof). Dr Abessi explained everything in a very straightforward manner. I will continue seeing Dr Abessi and he will likely do my cataract surgery.
