The only thing I would say is not that great is there is no waiting room for people to sit. Your basically just sitting on chairs around the room and at desks. I didn't like that. But doctor was nice and employees were nice. Everything was efficient with getting my glasses.

I have been going there when it was Soll Eye at 3 Cooper Plaza. When they moved I was bummed out, but when I found them again on Broadway in Camden I was thrilled. Everyone is wonderful there and I never had a negative experience. I just got a scrip for new glasses yesterday, so I will be at City Eyes real soon!

Very unorganized they tell you that your prescription will be ready in a certain time and they take months . Stole my money. Ohh they are liars. Doctor is very old and rude. The equipment that he uses is very old and Not sterile.

The eye doctor is very old and barely can move, over 70.. Only one eye machine to check eyes and it's old and scratched up when you look through the lenses.. New looking outside but old, non working, ancient cheap equipment inside.. INVEST in your company " City Eyes".. BEST BET: Go around the corner to Three Cooper Plaza to: SOLL EYES.. Use the same insurance or same amount of cash for top EYE Optometrists..

No selection, No styles, this is 2022 FGS not 1970 & the pair I did get are not well made.I have had them since March 14th 2022 that is about 2 months & the arms & now loose & wobbly.i will be taking them back lets see how that goes.So I wrote this yesterday...Today one of the arms fell off..I cannot tell you how aggro I am.Now After I work all night Sunday I have to go deal w/ this.I must say I went and they addressed the issue NO PROBLEMS.I got a brand new pair in 7 days.THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROMPT & COURTEOUS SERVICE.
