I've been a patient of Dr. Niki's for over 20 years, my husband is catching up and over the years have had some pretty serious issues with my eyes. Dr. Niki has competently corrected every problem I've had and my husband has had. She's an amazing doctor who genuinely cares for each and every one of her patients. I honestly don't know what we'd do without her. I'm very grateful to Dr. Niki and her staff for taking excellent care of my vision and my husband's. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyes. She's the best there is.

She is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and takes times to answer any and all questions in a perfectly understandable manner. She is genuinely interested in all her patients and keeps notes about all of them in their folder, so she can ask personalized questions instead of just rote repetition of the same old empty pleasantries we usually exchange; I'm pretty sure she still has notes from my first visit. Update Nov 2022: this update is specifically for the new OPTICIAN. After picking up my new prescription form from Dr Nikki, I asked if they could explain the reading and distance prescription so I could order my new readers. The nurse directed me to the (NEW) optician (what happened to Jimmy???) who then stated that he would have to charge me for a consultation/ explanation of same. ARE YOU KIDDING ME ! This was right after I was charged hundreds of dollars for a complete eye exam. I have also changed my star rating to reflect this. As far as the new MD at the office, she was GREAT !
