Person at the front desk was nice, the rest of the experience was eh. Ordered my contacts in which they said they were placing the order for on the day of my appointment. Called back 2 weeks later to check on the status, didn't get any eta. Called back few days later to be told they were ordered 3 days ago. This tells me they ether forgot or didn't even order them until I called up to check on the status. Now I have to wait another week or two to hopefully receive these. Front desk has "no idea" and didn't offer to transfer me to someone that would have a "idea" . Most likely won't go back here after I get my contacts.
To me first impression mean alot. Soon as I walked in the door, the staff greated and was super friendly. Very welcoming experience. The Dr Kessler was super informative and took her time to expalin everything and answer all my questions. I found my new eye care place.
Although the doctor I saw for 10min was knowledgeable, it was not worth waiting 2 hours when I was on time for an appointment and not once given an update, explanation or even hint at an apology. When I asked the tech in the hallway how much longer, he was shocked I was still there and didn't know where the doctor was. This is unacceptable.
I've been going to this office for years. Nice staff and doctors. They do a great job at scheduling, usually there is only a minimal wait for my appointment, so I can schedule during my work day and not worry about taking too long. For an after hours emergency they opened the office for me, which I really appreciated vice going to the ER.
As an active duty Marine, I barely spend time with my family,this clinic scheduled me on today, April 26th,a Saturday during the spring break at 0930 for a small surgery for my left eye,this appointment was made over a month ago,I even confirmed with them to make sure they will be available this day,me and my wife had an argument for this odd day appointment just because she wants me to spend time with my little boy more,I took a 10 days leave just to do so,I went to work on Thursday and Friday during my leave due to the nature of my job. so I was already kinda upset and was not expecting it could get worse,I drove 40 minutes this morning for this appointment and got called from the front desk that the doctor will not be there,so I have to turn around reschedule,while I was 5 minutes away from the clinic,15mins away from my appointment,not a day before,not a week before,not a month befor,but a last 15 minutes notice,this is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional as business that rely on strong work ethic and professionalism,I will never go to this clinic for any business due to their reflection of how to treat people's precious time.
I've had nothing but a great customer service experience when I call here . Each time I've called I've been BLESSED to be connected with "FRONT DESK JENN" . I'm usually so confused trying to get my thoughts out she is always so patient with me and listens to me and somehow always has a better solution than mine. Usually, I like to make my appointments online but I'll always call this office for the awesome customer service !
Q was kind and helpful during my recent visit. Offering for me to come early and take advantage of the massage chair in the office then giving me top quality service. Couldn't ask for a better experience or services! Highly recommend!!
By far the worst customer service . Had appointment for 230P , at 305 P I asked how much longer would it be, front desk said a few hours doctor very behind today.
Ask why they did not call to let me know about the delay, front desk person said we do not have time do that. We have an office full of patients and more waiting in there cars. Ask to reschedule next appointment November. Ended up calling lensecrafters they fit me in the next day. 4P.
