Dr. Racanati Sergio OD

I highly recommend Dr. Sergio Racanati with complete confidence. He is an outstanding physician and, above all, an exceptional human being. From the very first visit, he demonstrates professionalism, patience, and genuine care for his patients. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. His compassion truly sets him apart. He doesn't just treat symptoms -- he cares about the whole person. That level of dedication is rare to find. I recommend him 100% without hesitation.

Dr. Racanati is one of the nicest and most professional optometrists I've ever met. He is kind, humble, patient, and very knowledgeable. He explains everything clearly, is always helpful, and has such a positive, optimistic attitude that makes every visit pleasant. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling well taken care of. Very friendly place! Everyone is nice from reception, in between and right up to Dr. Racanati! Also professional. Dr. Racanati answered my questions without hesitation. Started here with Dr. Favetra 12 years ago. Big change but a good change!

From the moment I made the appointment, the reminders I received prior to my visit, the moment I walked through the door, to the last person I dealt with... the service was top notch and with genuine care. I already told family members to change their current appointments and visit Dr Racanati instead.

I walked in and got greeted nicely from the efficient staff at the front counter. I sat for not even five minutes. They took me right in . Dr's assistant took pictures of my eyes scans of my eyes walk me through an eye test with the eye chart. He said I was doing great. Everything was fine. He said the doctor come in and examine it. They were very thorough. I had perfect 2020 vision in the check up One perfect All of the staff was very efficient. The doctor was very pleasant. It took care of me the best of his ability. I left with What's the Dr stamp of approval by site was perfect. I have to go for my normal eye. Check one year from today. ! I was in an out within 25 minutes was great. . would highly recommend Dr Sergio Ricanati and his staff to anyone who wants a thorough eye exam last year when I went there You can get glasses ordered right there. They have a little Eye Glass store connected to the Doctors office! Just walk right in with your prescription pick a nice Pair of frames come back in a couple weeks and your glasses will be waiting for you !

Doctor was very nice but nurse was nutty as she refused to wear mask despite telling her I am not feeling well

I went for a regular eye check up and was told to come back for a follow up as there was something concerning in one of my eye images. Before I went for the follow up, I confirmed with the office if I would have to pay anything more than my copay and they said no. Even at the clinic, before I went in for my test, I asked if I needed to pay anything more than the copay and they said no. They didn't inform me that it was a medical test and would not be covered by my vision insurance but instead my medical insurance ahead of the appointment. 3 weeks later, I received a message with an outstanding bill payment. The lack of transparency upfront of how a procedure might be billed and the uncaring attitude afterwards when I called to clarify is highly unprofessional. Even if they didn't know how much the amount would be or if the test would be covered, they should have at least warned me that if the test was not covered by my vision insurance, then my medical insurance would be charged. To do so without any notice whatsoever is deceptive. So while the doctor's visit was nice, I would never go back due to this experience.

Very nice and informative! The staff were nice as well. I would highly recommend this Doctor! He came out to introduce himself with a handshake and smile!!! I love to feel welcomed! I highly recommend the office of service!
