Every staff/Dr. I came in contact with were very kind and pleasant. I forget the name of my young doctor who I saw but I recall he mentioned that he was a patient of Paul Phillips back when he was 5 years old. So impressive to seeing him in the same role today. Anyway, I can't wait to schedule a 1st time visit for my teenage son and pick up my new frames.

Dr. Hoffman is the best, the only eye doctor that saw my daughter who is special needs, others wouldn't see her because she deaf and don't communicate. We would have been lost without him, and the ladies are very understanding and helpful with her frame and a pleasure to talk with.

Dr. Hoffman is absolutely the best ophthalmologist I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot because I'm 80 years old and I always had trouble with my eyes. He is kind thoughtful very very. thorough and has an amazing personality. I would recommend him to anyone. if I could give him more than five stars, I would!

I had previously given this practice a 5 star review. My most recent experience was a nightmare. I called for an appointment on a Friday. Left a message which was never returned. I made a second call on Monday, again leaving a message that was never returned. I left a third message on Wednesday and they finally returned my call. They gave me an appointment the following day, Thursday in the Flemington Office. When I got there, they told me that my doctor was in the Clinton Office that day. So, I drove up to Clinton. Mildly irritating, but no big deal. When I got there, they told me my appointment was for the following day in Flemington. I spoke to the woman at the desk in Clinton, and she told me she was the one who made the appointment. She told me I had the wrong appointment. She was wrong, and she lied to my face. They were able to accommodate me and I saw a doctor after about a 45 minute wait. Very disappointing.
