Premier Eye Associates - Collingswood

I brought my 6.5 month old daughter in for her Infantsee exam and my expectations were exceeded. Disclaimer: I work here as an optometrist, but I have never done an infant exam before. The process from start to finish was exceptional. For an infant exam they immediately checked us in with a smile and my husband was given a short Infantsee form to fill out. Then our technician brought us back to our most spacious exam room which was a nice touch since it was me, my husband, and the baby. She asked relevant case history questions and then Dr. Alisha Kothari came in shortly. She was very accommodating-- there is a screen that children's videos pop up on and my daughter was engrossed in it but was turned the wrong way, so the doc got innovative and did her exam from all angles of the room! At one point we were even standing and holding our daughter! It's nice that she's so flexible and works around the baby- doesn't try to have the baby conform to sitting still, etc. We have a strong family history of myopia so I had some questions and Dr. Alisha was able to answer them confidently and backed with knowledge. Additionally, there were some tools that were used that I had never seen; Premier Eye always gets the most up to date equipment which is why I love working there. I can confidently bring my daughter in and know she is getting the best care-- what more could you want as a parent?

I had a great experience at this office. Erika was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a very clear and detailed way. I really appreciated how patient and supportive she was, and how she focused on solutions that helped me feel confident moving forward. The staff member who helped me choose my glasses was also wonderful and explained the pricing clearly and honestly. Everyone in the office was friendly and professional. I especially want to recognize Erika for her care, clarity, and professionalism.

I'll start with the young ladies at the front desk who were very helpful, pleasant and respectful. I appreciated their concern for my circumstance and assisted me with making arrangements for me to continue with my appointment. The additional care provider was also pleasant and helpful. Dr. Erica in our second meeting was just as pleasant, patient and kind as she was the first time. Her knowledge and expertise were evident, and I'm grateful for having taking the care of my eyes and my vision to Premiere!!

I feel so bad for writing this review so late because I have been coming to this location for over 2 years and I wouldn't have it any other way! I have keratoconous and 2 years ago, I came to this location because I went blind in both of my eyes. I live about 2 hrs 20 mins away and the eye doctors in my location are not as advanced as the doctors in this location. Firstly, I have to give praise to Dr. Brian who literally restored my eyes to life in a matter of 3 weeks. I was literally blind in both my eyes and the treatment plan he gave me restored my vision. I won't go to any other doctor except for Dr. Brian. His professionalism, persistence, dedication, and care during my eye crisis is why I trust him. He truly is a great doctor and he is very personable too!!!! I just finished an appointment today and I met Dr. Erica who by the way is amazing. She helped with my scleral fitting and her personality, her expertise, and her professionalism is top notch. Will defintely recommend Dr. Erica. Honestly, from the staff in the front, Danielle, Stacy, and Amanda are seriously the kindest people who can ever meet. Im really grateful to have found this gem. The business is clean, everyone holds up to the company standard and I truly recommend anyone who needs eye care to come to this location.

I seriously love going to this practice. I see Dr. Marlee, and she is extremely warm & thorough. I get a bit anxious with eye exams and she is very reassuring and patient. The people at the front desk are also kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I have keratoconus and I was nervous coming in as a new patient. I can honestly say I was treated like family. Alisha is amazing. She is patient and very knowledgeable. She took her time to explain new procedures and her concerns. The front desk staff were friendly, thoughtful and took time to explain billing and procedures. I am relieved. UPDATE!!!!!!! Well.... I was relieved!!!! I visited this office on 1/8/2026 in need of new rgp lenses. I was treated well at the time, but have not received a response since then nor have I received any information regarding the needed contact lenses. I have called the office weekly (answering service, because you cannot contact the office directly). I have yet to receive a response and today is 2/26/2026. I can't express how disappointed I am. I am a keratoconus patient and I rely on contacts for clear vision. The lack of professionalism with regard to responding to my numerous calls and questions is extremely frustrating. If you have serious eye issues, that require prompt attention, go somewhere else!!!! UPDATE #2!!! I went to the office today and received the needed lenses. We discussed the "hiccup" and the error was admitted and rectified. My trust has been restored and I will remain with this office. An extra special thank you to Lauren and Alisha for going above and beyond! Mistakes happen but honest compassion wins. Again, I am definitely relieved and deeply grateful.

Very nice, very knowledgeable. Helped me the whole time, it's one of the best experiences I had at an eye doctor. Doctor Erica was so sweet and gentle. Sadly I don't recall the glasses assistant but she was amazing as well. The receptionist was so kind and sweet. Everyone was so patient. I love it here.

At Premiere Eye comfort and presentation mean everything. Beautiful boutique style ophthalmology office. When you enter, the atmosphere is welcoming which you don't see at other sterile offices. I was there for an annual check up so my appointment was long, but I was constantly offered refreshments and kept up to date on the progress of my visit. I was seen within a reasonable timeframe and not ushered around like cattle constantly. All my questions were answered, my appointment was not rushed and all options to improve my vision were explained thoroughly. Forgot to mention they have an eyeglass boutique as well. One stop shop! I am very happy with my decision to change doctors and become a Premier Eye client!
