I have been a patient of Dr Case for many years. The office is always clean and the staff is always great. During my last appointment, the admin staff went out of their way to check my vision plan and gave me information I did not have. The technician who did the testing was exceptionally friendly and interested in making sure I was comfortable with the machines and how they were used. Dr Case has helped me through several eye concerns as well as contact lenses. As my vision has changed he has helped me to come up with the right prescriptions so I can still wear contact lenses. I highly recommend this office!

The best experience ever at this East Brunswick location. The staff and doctors have been excellent with my children. My teen had her first contact lens there - the staff have been so wonderful! I would especially like to mention Bhoomi who has been so wonderful and patient with every step of the way in regards to ordering prescription contact lens for my daughter. She is definitely a notch above the usual front-office staff I have experienced elsewhere.

Made an appt for contacts and glasses. Got an appt very fast. Girls at the front desk were very friendly, great personality and professional. Taken to the back quickly. Girls took great care and explained every machine. Nice conversation too, instead of like some places that can't hold a conversation. Doc came in fast, explained diff lenses that would help me with distance and reading. Got fitted in 5 min. Overall, great experience!

I went in for a morning appointment and i was out in about 30 minutes. The office is clean and the technicians wipe every machine down right before I take each test.
The doctor took her time and explained everything in details.I even got some help with my confusing insurance benefits from front desk.
I recommend them highly!!!!!

I strongly recommend this practice! Dr. Case gave me the most comprehensive eye exam I can remember, and patiently addressed all of my concerns. After receiving such great service, I felt inclined to take the time myself to share my positive experience with others. Dr. Case is clearly experienced and knowledgeable and has great "bedside manner"! I plan to go come back again myself, and bring my family too.

They took me quickly at a last minutes notice. I had a burst blood vessel and I felt like it was getting worse. They were so considerate and were so nice to take me on such last minute notice. The doctor was also so incredibly nice and answered all my questions and really put my mind at ease. I highly recommend them.

The only good thing I can say about the experience is that the Doctor himself was very nice. The women at the registration desk were alternatively rude and ignored me while I was there. Then after I left I never got a call about my contacts so I had to call them at least 5 times over the course of a month about the status of a TRIAL pair of contacts. Once those finally came in I picked them up and never heard from them again. Will never recommend this office to anyone.
