UNPROFESSIONAL and INCREDIBLY RUDE. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. The people at the front desk were incredibly rude. While I was the front desk they asked me to move over so they can help the people who walked in after me. I gave them my information and kept telling me it was wrong, they became very rude after I asked them if they could look it up themselves and started speaking in another language and made angry gestures with their hands. It took 45 mins to just order my contacts. I just called to see if my contact order was in since it's been 10 days and was just told the the POWER went out and because of that my contacts will arive next Friday. I don't understand how a power outage could affect my contact order. It should not take 21 days to receive my contacts.

I had a very, very bad experience here. The middle-aged woman at the front desk was rude. Dr. Duan seemed to be nice, but when I didn't need to buy contacts, the nature of self-interest was undoubtedly revealed. I proposed to get a copy of the examination results, but she turned a blind eye to it, even though I've already paid. So you shouldn't go if you don't want this experience.

Apportionments are overlooked, front desk needs more training to handle payment and paperwork. Dr Duan stepped out of the office constantly to talk to other patients, and the diagnosis and vision testing process was not so good with small children.

Took my 5 year old son here for a myopia management consult last week with a friend's recommendation. Dr. Chen was amazing with him and gave a thorough assessment and analysis on his risk. We were surprised it was not a sales pitch for orthoK like our previous experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and gave us some insight on how to manage my child. We will definitely be returning for our follow ups.

Very good doctor who did thorough testing of my family and myself. Doctor spend sufficient time to answer many questions and provided healthy tips to protect our eyes and eyesight. The staff is very amiable and very helpful. The office is very clean and keeps modern equipment and a good collection of frames for the entire family. I will definitely recommend this practice to others.

I would give her ZERO star if it was available option. Her staffs are rude and unprofessional. She only cares about money. Their office overcharged me and I asked for the refund. They used all kinds of excuses not paying me back. My insurance company contacted her office about the overchage and her staff used abusive language on me while the insurance company representative is with me on the conference call. The doctors at this office are lack of expertise too. The doctor misdiagnosed my symptom even it is just a simple infection. STAY AWAY FROM this doctor's office. My case is still unsolved.

+1 to everyone who has given this place 1 stars. I've been going to this place for almost 20 years now purely out of convenience but at this point, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. The front desk people are insanely rude and impatient. I don't know how they can consistently be so mean every time I go there. Additionally, I've been waiting for 2+ months to get a refund from my payment because my insurance paid them and they have no timelines to pay me back. Typical businesses have standard timelines they meet and if they don't, they at the very least apologize. The owner is rarely ever there anymore and is pretty much collecting a paycheck at this point which is probably why this business is failing

Dr Chen is the best. Very experienced, thorough and keeping best interest of patent.
