Took my 4 year old daughter here for her first eye exam. Amazing experience from start to finish. My daughter has autism so I was not sure how it was going to go. Dr. Sun is amazing & kind! Highly recommend her!

Very bad experience with Dr. Rousta. She was extremely rude, cold, and had an attitude the entire visit with my daughter. Her behavior was unkind and made us feel uncomfortable like she didn't even want to help. Honestly, the energy she gave off was just unpleasant and harsh. Definitely not how a doctor should treat a child or a parent. I would never recommend her.

Dr. Rousta is very kind and thorough. The techs are equally nice. But... the scheduling is very poor! I waited for 3 hours the other day for an appointment i made 2 months in advance. Our appointment was scheduled at the office staff's lunch hour - not sure if that contributed but 3 HOURS with an 8 year old!! I hope they realize that the practice is for children who naturally have low attention spans. As much as I love the care the doctor provides, I'm now venturing out to look for alternatives.

I don't usually write reviews but I had to give credit where credits due on this one. The staff here are so amazing. The whole process was much better then I expected. Their process with interacting with the kids, the light up boxes with cute interacting animals, curated videos made the whole experience very smooth. My kids went in so nervous and came out so happy! We had a great experience, and I'm so glad we chose to come here!

I absolutely loved my experience at the University Children's Eye Center!! The entire staff at the East Brunswick office was amazing. A special shout out to Dr. Sun - she was incredibly thorough, patient, and kind. As an adult visiting a pediatric office, i was a bit apprehensive, but Dr. Sun expertly corrected my strabismus and I'm feeling as good as new. I'd also like extend my gratitude to Lyndsie, who was wonderful to work with from day one. Whether it was insurance questions or inquiries about the surgery, Lyndsie always had the answers or found them for me. If i had to rate them on a scale of 1-10 i would give them a million out of ten! Thank you all so much. Holly G.
