Great job! The customer representatives and doctor made the process easy! From selecting glasses for me and my children our prescriptions were written properly and promptly. Wait time is less then 5 minutes. They listened to our concerns and our feedback. I've been coming to VisionWorks in Ewing for years with brining my kids and other family members. We love them!

Today I came in for an appointment and I was welcomed by a young women by the name of Ronessa Cleaning and she was very welcoming, sweet and she explained everything very well which made me feel very good because I understand what was going on. The way she speaks and listens was a big plus for me. If you want good customer service while receiving an eye exam and purchasing glasses you need to visit the Ewing location. I am very pleased with my visit. Definitely will return

Took my eight year old to get an eye exam and order new glasses three weeks ago. The exam was perfect. But apparently when it came to the Spanish lady ordering my son's glasses it was all for show...because she never placed the order. Measured his face, wrote down what was needed, or so I thought...and even told us the glasses only took two weeks to come in. The jokes on me because she never did her job and now I have to start from step one all over again. No wonder the manger there was constantly on her about not doing her job. Obviously changes need to be made with the Ewing location's personnel.

I asked for my own pupillary distance and was told they couldn't give it to me because it would be a HIPAA violation. That's simply not true. HIPAA protects patient information from being shared with others, not from the patient. It was frustrating to hear staff confidently explain something that's incorrect. Left with very little trust in their professionalism
