wish i could give more than 5 stars! the staff here go above and beyond and they are so accommodating and patient. they get back to you quickly and always keep you in the loop of any changes or updates. i really have to shout out Dr. Lee though. i had been her patient for several years and experienced nothing but patience and determination to lessen my symptoms of chronic uveitis. she talks you through whatever issues are going on and has a really kind demeanor that i think is rare to see in medical specialists (at least from my pov). i even moved out of state recently and had a huge issue getting refills for important medication from any of my new doctors, and dr. lee literally saved the day (and my vision) by filling my prescription temporarily until i'm seen. the wait time for appointments can be a little long and you might have to sit in the waiting area for a bit but the staff moves things along as quickly as theyre able. plenty of parking and the techs, nurses and receptionists are helpful and friendly. they also don't ever make you feel like you're bothering them if you need to call back if you have questions or need to follow up! highly recommend this facility!! thank you paul phillips staff!!

I had taken my son about 5 years ago who was about 2 and Dr Philips left such a great impression on us. I returned this year for a lasik consult for myself and the process has been smooth. From the front desk staff, the medical assistants, Dr. Philips & his nurse they have always listened & made me feel more comfortable with the whole process. I highly recommend this office!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lee for many years. She is patient, empathic and extremely knowledgeable. I have a rare and complicated eye disease and there is no one else I would trust more than Dr. Lee. After I posted my review I decided to read other reviews and saw several people complain about the wait time, so I decided to edit my original review. Here is the thing, if you are a good doctor who LISTENS and performs a comprehensive examination, sometimes unforeseen issues happen that warrant un-budgeted time from you, other patients before you and the doctor. I caused a delay once due to a reaction I had during a procedure. Thankfully the staff cared for me until I felt better but I know my appointment went way over and backed up other people. No one likes to wait, but I would rather wait and have quality care from a doctor who explains things to me and takes good care of me rather than getting in and out of the office quickly. More importantly, if it was you or someone you cared about having an issue wouldn't you want the staff's full attention? Grace should be reciprocal. Every office can improve, but couldn't the counter argument be that people could also be more patient.

Everyone at this practice is genuinely friendly, and Dr. Hoffman took the time to answer my questions without rushing. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable and the exam rooms have a new, squeaky-clean feel. I've been getting my annual exam at Paul Phillips for over a decade and recommend them with full confidence.

Dr Bakhru is amazing. She has great bedside manner, she is knowledgeable and not patronizing at all. She was concerned for my comfort and my overall eye health, not just my injury. The desk staff were accommodating ans helpful and cheerful and the technicians were just kind and lovely people.

Paul Phillips is one of the best doctors I have ever had the privilege to have cared for me.. He saved my vision improved my life. I am very grateful to have met him! Thank you for your professionalism and skills for improving my eye sight.

I've tried to give this office multiple chances, but the experience has been consistently disappointing. Appointments are always running late, and I've even had visits canceled just two hours before arrival due to "staffing issues." During my contact lens training, no one mentioned that I needed separate right and left lenses, which created a lot of confusion. I also never received any calls when my trial lenses came in--this has happened more than once. They rarely answer the phone, and they do not return calls, making it almost impossible to get simple updates or ask questions. The doctor doesn't introduce himself and comes across rushed, irritated, and dismissive. On top of that, the front desk staff--particularly one very rude receptionist--makes the whole experience even more unpleasant with her attitude and lack of professionalism. When another trial lens was ordered, again I wasn't contacted, and they told me they had no samples available to hold me over. Overall, very poor communication, unprofessional staff, and consistently bad service. I won't be returning. Also wanted to add that Dr. Munitz is probably one of the rudest doctors I have ever seen. Such a disappointment. There are better options out there.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lee for several years. She is absolutely one of my favorite doctors of all time. She listens to my concerns, expresses her expert views clearly and works with me to get to the root of the issue. She obviously cares, and takes the whole system into account, not just the eyes, when there is something to resolve. Highly recommended.
