Roger would be horrified!! Anyone who has been a long-time customer knows how great it was to be greeted with his warm smile and welcoming nature. The current crew are the most miserable, nasty, ill-natured people I have encountered in the health services field in a long time (and, as a nurse - that's quite a few). I cannot understand their need to be condescending to customers or be so inflexible. You only get one shot a year at a good eye exam, don't your waste time with sub-par service and you definitely will not want their off brand products - in fact, they will not even ask what brand contact lenses you wear - they will just issue you a script for their "Great Value" brand - tell you they fit even though they're bouncing around your eyeball like wild, and then if you ask for the brand you've been wearing for 10 years, they will tell you it requires another exam - to the tune of $100. We definitely made a mistake trying Dr. Kirk (and I use the term 'Dr.' loosely). Save yourself the hassle - go elsewhere!

Extremely impressed with the service we recieved here for my daughter! Having a nonverbal autistic daughter it has been beyond challenging to find someone who would see her & actually take the time to do her exam. Dr. Kirk was FANTASTIC. She truly went the extra mile to make sure my daughter was comfortable & recieved a thorough exam. I cannot recommend this practice enough! 10/10
