Completely unprofessional. The women who answer the phones have no idea what they're doing. They will have you on the phone for 20 min to simply book an appointment. They canceled both my new appointments last minute and then told me I had to wait another 3 weeks to be seen. Safe to say I'll find a new eye doctor. Terrible.

Went to this place in the Glenrock NJ location back on December 2023. The Dr was great but the girl that ordered my glasses was terrible. Went there for medical reason after a surgery. Told the girl I called the insurance company and they told me I would be covered for my new lenses because it's medical and you need to submit a form and I have my glasses just needed lenses. Waited like 2 weeks? Went back to her and she never submitted the form and told me to pay for the lenses in advance and when the insurance paid I'll give you a refund. I paid 95 dollars plus the 50 extra. I called the insurance and they told me they paid for my lenses. I never got any refund from her. Waited a couple months and called her and she told that it was too late to get the refund. Never will go back there again. The lenses are terrible. Can't see my computer and they are too strong, I never used them.

I saw Dr. Evans for a routine check-up and had a great experience. She was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. The appointment was timely and never felt rushed. I would highly recommend seeing her!

This location has really inconsistent hours and very poor service. Went to pick up glasses back in 2024 and they were temporarily closed two times. They came back after the fact with additional charges for extra dark transitions for a very simple order. Took back and forth and a long time to get my glasses finally be made available.

I contacted the Dello Russo Glen Rock in August 2023 for an issue with my last progressive glasses with which I was unable to use them as "progressive". They said it's too old to resolve any issue with the old glasses. I understood and decided to get new progressive glasses. Upon my eye exam appointment, I made it very clear the purpose of my visit - that my last progressive glasses didn't work and I want one pair of progressive glasses that I could use on the computer. After I chose the frame, I also added other features - transition, blue light filter, and anti glare. So it costed me a big out of pocket amount since my insurance doesn't cover beyond the basic. When they notified me three weeks later to collect the glasses- I went to check and I wasn't able to read with it on computer. So they said to make another appointment with the optometrist to get the eye sight checked again. My prescription was updated and new glasses were made again. Now, I was again called around 3 weeks later to collect the glasses. I was still not able to use my glasses on computer. A new person there said that to be able to use on computer, I need to add another feature so I could see it across horizontally. This time I got really upset since it was NOT mentioned at the time of placing the order when I clearly conveyed the purpose of my glasses to both the doctor and the person who took the order for my frames. At this time I am completely dissatisfied and back to square 1. I left the glasses with them and intent to make a complain to the insurance and report this facility as not a good service provider. They have refused to refund any amount and don't seem willing to resolve the issue. (Just FYI- there was another issue also- This was my first time ordering transition and they did not ask me shade for transition. I just let go of this issue and didn't make any fuss about it. )

This location does not have convenient hours. They called once to let me know my glasses were ready. They did not let me know the glasses could be brought to the Bergenfield location, I had to call for hours and ask since I tried to pick them 3 times. If you can go to the Bergenfield office.

Th doctor and ALL of the staff were incredible with all four of my boys. Extremely patient and loving. Helped us in a jam and really treated us all great. I highly recommend.

Surgery was super quick and painless and was able to see clearly the next day. Post op 4 days later my vision is 20/15.
