I wanted to share my amazing experience at Invision Optics. My mom's favorite glasses broke, and we were so stressed because they weren't even purchased there. We decided to go in and see if there was anything they could do, and the service we received was incredible. The staff was so kind and immediately took a look at her broken frames. They were able to fix them on the spot, and they did it with a smile. The quality of the repair was fantastic, and they didn't even charge us for it. It's rare to find a business that goes so far above and beyond for people who aren't even their customers. They saved my mom's favorite glasses and earned a customer for life. We will definitely be going back for all our future eyewear needs!

I have been going to Irving and his Team for years! They are thorough, understanding, professional, kind, great and classy people and I HIGHLY recommend them! Dan follow up...at my first visit, they found I didn't need to update my prescription, and suggested computer glasses, with my lower bifocal part for reading my phone, or book. I picked them up yesterday, and Irving took the time to have me sit in the computer using position, and adjusted the frames to perfectly fine tune the glasses! Terrific service, kind and friendly!!!!!!!

The very best customer service I have ever experienced! They have an excellent selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses for adults and children. They are all wonderful but, my experience is with Irving... who was very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy! Irving was very good at taking my measurements and suggesting the perfect frames for my face and prescription. He took his time to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new glasses. I highly recommend Invision Optics in Glen Rock to anyone looking for their perfect fit in new glasses!

Two of the nicest people that work here! Yes, this place is busy. Yes, you may have to wait but it's a small place. However, Irving is one person that does all the eye glass adjustments and fittings any Anyette is the assistance that can help with other things. I am very picky with my choices in frames and they are so patient and kind. I have seen people come in and get frustrated and be rude to both of them. That's not nice. If you want speed go someplace else. If you want accuracy, honesty and quality, come here. They are great!!!!

We absolutely adore Invision Optics of Glen Rock. Erwin dedicates ample time to every patient, so if you're in a hurry, it's best to schedule when you have some extra time to spare. If you value precision, warm and caring service, and genuine concern for both you and your child's eye health, then this is undoubtedly the perfect place! Irving @Invision takes attention to details; he's a perfectionist. He's very patient and very helpful on decisions to select the right glasses. They deliver when they promise y they have a great variety of frames to select from. Irving keeps updating his collection of frames very often.

The service you get here is above and beyond. They fitted a pair of sunglasses that I already owned with prescription lenses. The process was very tricky bc of the shape of my sunglasses and they had to make and remake the lenses to make them fit properly. It took a little while, but they didn't stop until they got it right.
