I have been going to their office for sometime and have ONLY positive things to say about this practice. Everyone who works here is very attentive and personable. Today was my latest appointment. Richelle checked me in and then when it was time to take me back for my appointment, we had great conversation and then she started prepping for the doctor. Dr. Clare came in and is not only the sweetest person, very thorough and just an all in all great eye doctor! When I was finished with my appointment and went to checkout, Nia took care of me and was very congenial. There were other ladies behind the desk also, and they were a delight as well. If there were 10 Stars, this office would easily receive them!

Dr.Clancy is the best ! Very professional and knowledgeable! Always makes you feel like she's known you forever! A wonderful personality she always makes you feel comfortable! We love Dr. Clancy!

My family has been 100% satisfied for over 20 years with the service and professionalism of Pete Bratton. He spends the time during the entire process. Starting with assistance in selecting our new frame up to the final fitting. We highly recommend him.

If you are LGBTQIA+ avoid this place at all costs. Unprofessional, disrespectful doctor. Terrible patient interaction. Doc left the exam room several times during my visit without saying why they were leaving and if they were coming back. Didn't introduce themself to me at all. Called me the wrong first and last name. I don't even trust my eye glasses prescription. I'm getting a second opinion.

Absolutely horrible - avoid at all costs. I was a patient here for about 2 years before the constant lack of care for patients or attention to detail drove me away for good. The first time I became a patient, I had an exam then placed an order for a year's worth of disposable contacts. They offered the option of having the contacts shipped directly to my house (convenient!) - so I took it. When the contacts arrived, the prescription for one eye was incorrect. Turns out they had filled the order form wrong when placing it with the factory. So, I had to return the contacts and wait for the replacement boxes to be sent directly to the doctor's office (no home delivery available on make-goods, apparently). I tried to make arrangements to pick them up during their wonky business hours (open some Saturdays, not others). I called ahead and was told they would be open the next coming Saturday for a few hours. I showed up right when instructed and of course - all the doors are locked and no one is there. I call back and am told that the staff will leave my contacts on the porch so that I can drop off the old ones and get the correct ones. All in all, it took me over two months *from when I had received the first order* to get my contacts, and even longer from when I had first had my exam. Throughout the whole ordeal, I never got a single word of apology from the staff. The following year, I scheduled my prescription renewal appointment. A week or so prior to the appointment, I had an unrelated eye emergency, so I tried to get a same-day appointment. The Haddonfield location told me (rudely and dismissively) they had nothing available, then hung up on me. But I managed to get an appointment at the Voorhees location. (To Voorhees' credit, that appointment was smooth and courteous). The doctor there scheduled me for a follow up the following week, just to check on this specific issue, and unrelated to my previously scheduled prescription renewal appointment at Haddonfield. So, a few days later, I show up for my Haddonfield appointment, which had by this point been on the calendar for close to a month, only to find out that they *deleted my appointment* because I had scheduled an unrelated emergency appointment with the Voorhees office. No one ever even gave me so much as a phone call to warn me that my appointment had been cancelled. Instead, I adjusted my work hours and took time out of my week just to be turned away at the door - again, rudely, coldly, and with the staff member I spoke with doing her best to interrupt me and not give me a chance to discuss the situation that THEY had caused. Awful. Horrible. Terrible. Stay away.

After starting to go to the eye dr. just a few months ago (I'm almost 30 but have good sight), I'm so happy I chose Eye Care Physicians & Surgeons of NJ. After getting a clean bill of eye health in January, I was told to come back in two years. Unfortunately I had an ugly chalazion (stye) on my eye, and had to head back sooner. Including my first visit in Jan., I've now been to three offices, and each time, different doctors. All of them have been wonderful. Dr. Clancey diagnosed my chalazion and set me up with Dr. Hassman within a week to help me with next steps. After just two days of prescribed treatment, my eye is looking so much better. Both doctors could not have been more professional, nicer, or down to earth. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Hyder for my eye care physician. He is patient and thorough and caring. He takes the time to answer all my questions in a way that I can understand.

Dr. Clancey is the best! Always compassionate and explains each step of the procedure.
