This place blows the Linden location out of the water. The customer service in Haledon was impeccable. More specifically, Karina. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The prices are competitive and the doctor was thorough and personable. The facility is taking COVID precautions seriously (i.e contact-free assessments and constantly sanitizing stations). I would highly recommend. Ask for Karina.

Not a good first impression. I booked online for eye exam. Showed up early to see if there were cancelations only to be told they don't even show my appt for the day. I received a confirmation and follow up text reminder for upcoming appt. I understand we are in different times however if you're going to offer a service it should be checked for things like this. Not to mentioned they are still listed with a service provider that they do not even except anymore. Waisted time and trip. Linden Location
