Office personnel were nice, I have no feelings for the doctor who prescribed wrong prescriptions, one for my son and one for my stepson. Both were recorded issues. Also, doctor was not pleasant with my young son. Now, we have to suffer for his doing!!! We will not go close to this location again!!

Office is nice with making appointments. 3rd year here for my annual and its the last. They continually try to upsell you each year with additional tests that they say the Doctor ordered. These test you have to pay out of pocket. Afterwords they try to sell you glasses which aren't covered by your insurance of $430 or so which you have to pay for out of pocket and in advance. This last visit I said I wasn't interested this time so they tried another way of getting me to pay extra by offering another package of paying for something extra and they would include a free pair of glasses. I said no thank you and I got a sarcastic reply of "O.K. Doesn't want free glasses. I will no longer visit there.

The girl at the front was great! Eye doctor was awesome! And Tanya who helped us with our glasses was phenomenal. I came in for myself and my 2 daughters. Tanya helped us out so much! She was so sweet and so nice and very patient. She helped us all get the glasses we liked. We had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Thank you so much!

While Dr. Owens and the staff are exceptionally kind and professional, I believe there are some policy issues that need to be addressed particularly regarding contact lens pick-ups.
I had an eye exam at the end of January and was notified in mid-February that my trial contacts were ready. I acknowledged the call and mentioned I would come in, but I didn't receive any further reminders until last week via text. When I went in to pick them up, I was informed that, due to a 90-day policy, the contacts had been discarded and I would now need a new exam to receive more. Unfortunately, my insurance won't cover another exam so soon, which means I'll be seeking a new provider and paying out of pocket.
I believe more proactive communication from the staff, such as additional reminders or a clearer explanation of the 90-day policy, could have prevented this situation. It's disappointing to have to restart the process on something I was told was ready, especially without sufficient follow-up.

GEEZE...set up appointment few weeks in advanced. after making time in my busy schedual got a call 2 days before the visit saying they dont now how it happened but they double booked. apology was made...i said i will reschedual in the next few days . 2 days go by and i get text messages saying to arrive early for my appointment. i figued i was still in the system and another glitch. i called them up and the desk person was snooty... basically felt like i was making up a story and a liar. i said why would they call and appologize??? this place cant get there act together so i wouldnt trust them with my eyes.double book... yeah sure.somebody didnt wanna work late that day then changed there mind LOL......
