I have dealt with Dr Sherman office for almost 20 years. He is one of the BEST optometrist. He is very accurate with the prescription of eye glasses. Since I moved from NJ to PA, due to distance I went to 2 optometrist, but none of them gave me the accurate number for my reading glasses. So I went back to Dr Sherman and I am glad I did. Also the office employees are very helpful.

Dr. Raia was wonderful with my shy 11-year-old. She was thorough, patient, and very informative. We truly appreciated the time she took to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend.

Recently took my 9 yr old for an eye check up. As we walked in, everyone was busy with other patients or paperwork and were not really sure which desk to go to. A young lady, seeing our confused look immediately jumped up, welcoming us and giving us the quick rundown. Then once we finished our paperwork this same lady called for my son and I assumed would take us to the Doctor. Well apparently she was Dr. Raia and all along I thought she was part of the front office team. She was really great at keeping my son engaged while performing various tests and ensuring he was comfortable including during dilation. It was his first experience and it was great because of all the efforts of Dr. Raia and the rest of the staff who all patiently answered our questions and gave us information we needed. Great practice and keep it up!

Dr Sherman is an excellent Doctor. He is extremely thorough and explains what he is looking for throughout the examination. His office staff is also excellent and courteous.

My previous eye doctor retired so I was apprehensive about trying a new eye doctor. The second I stepped into the office I was greeted by their lovely staff. Dr. Raia's professionalism and bedside manner, put me at ease right away. I highly recommend her and plan to spread the word Five stars thank you again

Dr. Raia was amazing. She was so friendly and pleasant and made me feel right at home. She even warned me that the retina drops would burn before they did. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best healthcare facilities I've ever visited. I also brought my daughter here a few months ago, and both experiences were excellent. What truly stands out is their transparency--there are no hidden charges, and everything is clearly explained up front. Dr. Raia was great to work with. The doctors and front desk staff are not only experienced but also genuinely friendly and approachable. They take the time to listen and work with you to find the right solution. I had a concern with my progressive lenses, and they patiently listened and customized a solution that worked perfectly for me. I'm extremely satisfied with their care and professionalism, and I highly recommend this practice to others.

I had an appointment with Dr. Raia and couldn't be more pleased--she was incredibly attentive and took all of my concerns seriously. I was given a pair of contacts to trial and went ahead and ordered an annual supply the same day. After wearing them for about 8 hours, though, they started feeling super dry. The team was so kind and understanding--they let me cancel the shipment and even gave me another pair to try out. You can really tell they care about helping you find what works best. Everyone here is patient, friendly, and genuinely invested in your eye care. It's clear they want you to have the best experience possible. My only small critique is that the pricing for contact lens fittings could be communicated a bit more clearly. I had called ahead to ask if there was an extra fee for the fitting and was told no, but I ended up being charged the "premium" fitting fee (which was only partially covered by insurance). It wasn't a huge difference in cost, and it may have been a misunderstanding on my part. That said, I'll absolutely keep coming back. Even if it's a bit more expensive, the kindness, professionalism, and care from this office are well worth it. Highly recommend!
