Dr. Lui is quite literally the BEST eye doctor I've ever had. He is charismatic and very good at what he does. He was so patient with me during the glaucoma test (I've been hesitant with the eye puffs ever since I was a kid) and he told me why as an AA female I should not skip over that part of the exam. I really appreciate how much he cares for his patients and explains the importance of each part of the exam. Not only this, but he remembers me each and every year and it makes the experience feel more personal. I also can't praise the lady in the front enough (I forgot her name, my apologies!) I went in thinking I wanted a certain style of glasses and she convinced me to try on a different style that blew me away. We went through so many different pairs of glasses together to find one that fit properly and I'm SO happy with the pair she helped me pick. I am recommending this place to everyone I know in the area. They truly are the best!

I got my frames here initially a couple of years ago. My prescription has changed since then and they were able to swap out my lenses in half an hour! I was so glad I didn't need new frames! I will say, I didn't do my exam here; I only ordered my glasses and lenses. They were nice, easy to communicate with about what exactly I wanted, and they got it done efficiently.

I used to think eye exams were a routine check the box until I met Dr Lui! He is full of energy, integrity and experience and he's willing to share it with his patients. I've never had a doctor thoroughly explain the benefits and risks of various contact lens options and how to take care of my eyes. He will take the time to answer any questions or concerns you have and won't upsell you on unnecessary products or procedures. He truly thinks of his patient's health first! He's also very open and honest any product drawbacks, setting clear expectations. Highly experienced doctor who gives you the information to make an informed decision. Dr.Liu is the best. I was there for a routine eye exam & he also helped with an eye issue I was having. He makes things easy to understand and is very thorough. The time he took to not only explain but to make sure I felt comfortable with the knowledge is incredible! A week after that visit- I had used some old eye drops that ended up aggravating my cornea. I was confused if I was putting the contacts in the wrong way etc- He saw me the same day. Diagnosed the cornea issue, and didn't charge me for the visit which was definitely appreciated and in good faith. I couldn't recommend him more!

Wonderful staff and Dr. Lui was informative and amazing! They even were able to get my new glasses done on the spot. Highly recommended!

A great local eye shop! The Dr. is great, he explains options well, takes his time during your appointment and remembers each patient over the years. It's easy and convenient to make an appointment and they are clear with insurance rates - definitely worth coming here vs a chain.
