I called to make sure my insurance would cover my exam; after taking info from me, they said yes. I arrived for my appt today. I filled out 4 pages of info on my new-patient forms and waited 20 minutes before they told me they were not in my insurance network. I was PISSED. I wasted a week of time of possible appt availabilities before the end of the year. I left.

Have been a patient of Dr. Daniel's for several years and can't say enough good things about the practice. Dr. Daniel's is a doll. Office staff is always warm and friendly. When I call I get a live person who follows through on my questions. The exam is unbelievably thorough, mapping my eyes, checking peripheral vision, etc. It goes way beyond exams I've had elsewhere. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Hello Hopewell Lambertville eye people. You are all rock stars..I came in for help. My glasses we broken to hell....I was greeted very quickly and the girl who fixes glasses came out & whipped them into shape. I thought they were a gonner. I was thankful because my mom is in the hospital and I can't be without glasses right now & the glasses girl was letting me know that they are hanging in there..and showed me inexpensive options because my insurance is not up for new glasses yet. I will go back in a few weeks to get those for now to hold me over...and then when it's time for my insurance I will get a new exam I will upgrade all the way... excellent quick service oh and she didn't even charge me for the quick repair ...thank you for that help at a time I really did not need a hassle ....I will be back ...and bring the family

Fantastic customer service. Checked to see if my insurance covered my visit and called well before my appointment to let me know. Then searched out a coupon for a prescription for eye drops and called to tell me that. Very good customer service! Also Dr. Hermann was amazing and even caught something no one else have ever told me. Would definitely recommend this eye doctor!

Best eye exam I've had. The doctor and optometry student that helped me were thorough and thoughtful. I had previously been to a provider where I had a negative experience and was weary as I walked into the office but I couldn't be happier with the service provided.
I don't have vision insurance and was ready for a hefty bill. However, the standard exam and contact lens fitting only cost me $185. I had spoken with a few providers prior to booking my appointment here and they quoted me much higher. Even more, before the exam started the doctor noted that I didn't have insurance and reviewed the costs with me- no one likes a surprise medical bill.
I will definitely be back!
