Don't use them. After buying a pair of glasses they gave a price using insurence. They determined the extra amount due after insurence and we paid it before we could even pick up the glasses. Then 4 months later , yes four months went by, they sent a bill for additional money. How can you ask for more money four months after the purchase was completed. Unexceptable. They did NOT care at all . Said corporate had a different rate. Again did not care. We had been going there for 25 years. Long before clarkson eyecare took over but they did no't care. Stear clear as they have no concern for the customer.

Dr Friedman is very professional. He takes his time, does not rush. Answers all your questions. He is very thorough. I recommend anyone who needs a great eye dr. Don't hesitate to go see Dr Matthew Friedman. His staff is also very friendly. It is just a friendly atmosphere & they make you feel very comfortable.

Dr. Zaide was wonderful and thorough. I've always had issues with my vision and she took the time to listen and give me a complete eye exam. The staff that assisted with my insurance and picking new frames were also great.

Very pleasant and professional experience!! Dr.Friedman was great! Very knowledgeable and so was the rest of the team Lisa Alexa Emily were also great.

Finding a good optometrist can be a frustrating experience, but I found a great one. Dr. Friedman right here in Howell. The good doctor actually took his time with my exam explaining everything that takes place in it. He was extremely thorough and cordial. His team of associates operated with kindness and were very professional. I highly recommend Clarkson Eyecare.

If I could give them a zero I would. The worst customer service ever experienced in my life. First waited 45 minutes for my appointment. Just for convince bought my glasses there biggest rip off for glasses. They text you when you glasses are ready....the manager Kim is arguing with me they texted me twice while my glasses sat there for 2 weeks. So if you don't respond to their text messages they don't call you to say your glasses are in. They rely on only text messages. I never got any text messages and called asked manager why not call her response we text. They are calling me a liar I never received any text messages about glasses being ready. I just let $500 worth of glasses sit there. Kim the manager in Howell has no clue of what customer service is and highly suggest staying away from them. It is NO LONGER Costello eyes and want people to know the place has gone downhill and treat paying customers like dirt. I have called Corporate Offices 2 times to speak with someone nothing Corporate doesn't call back either. There are so many better places to go in Howell stay far away. Kim you should be ashamed of yourself as a manager.

Great experience, Dee, was exceptionally helpful in scheduling, paperwork and had a very kind, sincere disposition. Dr. Matthew Friedman was very thorough in his examination and explained options for me related to a pre-existing eye condition. Dr. Friedman was very thoughtful in his explanations to my many questions and I am very grateful for his patience. Very confident with the practice since the transition from Costello to Clarkson. The entire staff was very helpful in all aspects of the visit. Observed one staff member assisting a gentleman with dyslexia, filling out the paperwork, alleviating the stress I could see in him. Essentially, my large family has a new optometrist. I also must thank Dr. Friedman's family for their service to our countries military.

Place is amazing. Everyone in the office was so nice to me. Doctor took his time with me. Me and my family will be going back to this office. In Howell
