Had such a great experience for my first time visiting the Kearny location! I had the pleasure of working with Tasha. She had such amazing customer service. I was stuck between multiple pairs of glasses and she let me try them all on and she gave me her opinion on how they looked on me! She also made sure I got the best deal price wise with my health insurance vs what would be out of pocket. I would highly recommend visiting this branch! Everyone was so nice and you won't be disappointed!

Robby was amazing today! He helped me with my contact lens training and was extremely patient and professional throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable putting in and removing my contacts before I left. His attitude was very friendly and supportive, which made the experience much easier for me. Excellent customer service. Thank you, Robby!

I absolutely loved every second of my appointment. They were very attentive, the wait was minimal, and the staff were amazing. I'm talking friendly care from the moment I walked in, got my exam, and paid. The prices were also very affordable compared to other offices. Personally I worked with Verlande and Natasha who were the best staff I could've asked for but the other workers did their best to make me feel at home as well. Overall 10/10 would recommend!

This was my first time at Americas best and my first exam since childhood. Everyone is so nice here!! Michael got me in on short notice and Sandy was great at checkout. I had an easy experience the whole way through & I would definitely recommend this location.

Evangeline was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely patient with me while I was being indecisive. She graciously provided me with various pricing options and I asked her quite a bit. I arrived wanting one pair of glasses but ended up with three. Evangeline was kind, helpful and patient. So happy to have found a less expensive option for glasses and good customer service.

I had an amazing experience at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, and it was all thanks to Verlande. From the moment she assisted me, she was extremely professional, kind, and welcoming. She guided me through the entire process step by step and made me feel completely at ease, even during moments when I was unsure about which route to take. Verlande was so sweet, patient, and incredibly informative. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Her positive attitude and genuine care truly made a difference in my experience. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and Verlande went above and beyond. If you're coming here, I highly recommend asking for her. She's truly amazing at what she does!

I had a great time selecting my glasses as the staff there were so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable! I had the last time slot for my eye exam and I tried my best to not take so long in picking glasses but Natasha made me feel welcomed, beautiful and taken care of with no pressure in leaving! She was so nice and made my experience even better, so thank you so much Natasha!
