I had a really great experience at Mazy Eye. The staff was very nice and polite. As a new patient, I found that Dr. Malik was informative and easy to talk to. Went in for a comprehensive exam it went so smoothly and quick. I would recommend her and the Mazy Eye team if your insurance allows.

Dr. Malik is so lovely and smart, exactly what you want in a medical professional. My two children and I saw her for comprehensive exams and the process was smooth and easy. We were in and out in 90 minutes which was efficient but also not rushed and extremely comprehensive. I highly recommend Dr. Malik for your eye care needs.

I never felt rushed, and they really seemed to care about making sure I understood my eye health. They also had a great selection of glasses. The staff helped me pick out a pair that looked good and felt right, which I really appreciated. Friendly people and thorough exam but the equipment is outdated and the technicians used pen and paper to write something down instead of printing or sharing it electronically with the doctor in my health file. Took off one star.

Dr. Malik is great. She's thoughtful, smart and listens to all of my concerns. I moved to Jersey City a couple of years ago and still make the trek down every year for my annual exam. Highly recommended.

I've been a patient here for over two years and have visited at least 3-4 times during that span. While the staff is generally friendly and the doctors I've seen have all been kind and professional, the overall experience consistently leaves much to be desired. Wait times are a major issue--I typically spend at least 20 minutes waiting after check-in, followed by another 10+ minutes between tests and seeing the doctor. Altogether, each visit takes about an hour to an hour and a half, even for routine exams. Communication and continuity of care are lacking. I don't believe I've seen the same doctor twice, and no one informs you in advance that you'll be seeing someone new. On one occasion, a doctor identified an issue and asked me to schedule a follow-up. When I returned, I saw a different provider who told me the issue wasn't in his area of expertise and that I'd need to come back again--frustrating and inefficient. Phone communication is also a problem. When you call and select the correct prompt, you're often transferred to the retail side of the store, where staff can't help with medical or scheduling questions. Leaving a message doesn't seem to work--they rarely return calls, if at all. One final note: the office has no cell service or guest Wi-Fi, so if you're stuck waiting (which you likely will be), bring a book or download what you need in advance. There are some positives--the staff is pleasant and the doctors seem knowledgeable--but unless the office improves its systems and communication, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for efficient or consistent care.

The staff is very welcoming and professional. Dr Khalid is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in both prescribing the needed prescription as well as very knowledgeable regarding the health of the eyes! I followed her from the Moorestown office when she relocated. I have also recommended her to others.
