Amazing experience Dr Jackson was kind and thorough with his examination and explained well and recommendations were very clear and to the point. Whole office work well with multiple procedures happening during the visit. Very friendly environment. Felt very comfortable during my visit.

I brought my 80 year old mother to the office for an injection in her eye for macular degeneration. When she checked in they told her that she pay $417.00 or the doctor would not give her the injection. The office worker was so rude to my mother that she was crying. The office worker was so nasty loud and unprofessional with extremely long dirty nails. When the doctor saw her he refused to give her the injection unless she could pay the co-pay. Basically, if you are not rich, you can go blind. This doctor is obviously only interested in money, not his patients.

This was my first time seeing Dr Jackson. Very nice doctor. Professional and pleasant. Seems well experienced with a great eye injection technique. He took his time explaining my current eye condition, which some doctors don't do. I recommend Dr Jackson with confidence knowing he will treat you well.

Dr. Jackson reviewed the information about my case with the nurse. He was checking my eye pressure after Dr. Lee Angioletti had found it to be dangerously high yesterday. When it was found to have plummeted due to the interventions Dr. A had taken yesterday I asked Dr. Jackson if my eye was going to implode. He chuckled and told me, "No." I appreciated that he picked up on my sense of humorf! He then told me I could discontinue one of the new drops Dr. Angioletti had prescribed but continue the other until my pressure had stabilized. He answered my questions and was very personable. I was referred to Dr. Jackson by my Glaucoma specialist for a Retina assessment. I was very impressed with the practice. My appointment was for 8:45 am. I was taken into the exam room upon arrival. The entire staff were professional and pleasant. Dr. Jackson was very thorough. He took the time to listen to the details of my health concerns related to the purpose of my visit. Dr. Jackson was reassuring and as well provided all of the necessary and relevant explanations. I will definitely continue my care with his practice for my annual check up.
