You guys are terrible, you offer discount coupons and when we ask about them, the service is simply awful, it's ridiculous. My son went to the optician's with my husband and received very poor service. When he tried to question them...Regarding the actual price, the Portuguese-speaking attendant said it was much more expensive. My son said she was practically lying down in her chair because of how carelessly she was assisting them.

This place doesn't have room for wheelchairs to do tests some tests are set up in the hallway,if your electric scooter wheelchairs can't get through your expected to get up and walk over to the equipment the staff have no explanation other than to say there's no room. If your disabled use wheel chair or have difficulty walking this place has no room to assist you, equipment is in the hallway for tests with inadequate space for patients and equipment that is used in the treatment of opthalmology testing.
