The office staff are friendly, but I've had repeat issues with lack of follow up, inaccurate timelines, and important information being left out. The doctor I saw, however, is professional, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Dr. Maria is absolutely amazing . She is such a breath of fresh air. She was patient with my son, provided me information no other eye doctor had ever offered to help save my son's vision. She went above and beyond to make a very nervous 9yo feel comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new doctor.

I had the opportunity to visit Pink Vision for my annual eye exam and gain valuable shadowing experience as a pre-optometry student. I had been able to observe Dr. Maria and Dr. Carla and was able to learn a lot about the profession from a technical and human aspect. They both treated every patient with the same high level of care, respect, and attention-regardless of how busy the clinic was. Even in high traffic and busy hours, the pace never compromised the quality of care. As a shadowing student, I was able to learn about the importance of educating patients so that they are comfortable and can make important decisions with clear understanding. As a patient, I was able to experience this level of reassurance and felt comfortable with the exams. They demonstrated this by being committed towards allotting time for questions and discussion. Both Dr. Maria and Dr. Carla articulate the importance of finding a balance between the technical and social aspect of the job by working with empathy at the forefront. The entire team at Pink Vision helps to create a very welcoming environment for their patients. As a patient myself and a student I felt supported. The team was friendly, attentive, and proactive in guiding patients through each step of the process. Their professionalism and warmth made the experience both educational and reassuring. I am very grateful for the opportunity to have been part of their environment as it gave me further insights towards the type of practitioner I aspire to be.

I wish I had found this place sooner! I hated my son's old eye doctor, but the ladies at Pink Vision are absolutely wonderful. It's a small office, which works. They're quick and efficient, all the ladies in this office are wonderful. Highly recommended! Edit to add: My sons appointment was 4 days ago, 3 days ago we went back and ordered his glasses. Yesterday I received a text they were ready. I'm so glad I found this place!

Dr. Elias was very nice and helpful to my needs. She offered these eye plugs to help which were never offered to me in my past history with other eye doctors. As I'm still testing them, I am hoping they work as good as she says. Now, as for their in-house eyewear. The selection I feel was not great. The lighting there was also very dark. And the follow-through was not the greatest. It took me calling constantly for an update on my glasses, which took over a month to receive

Hands down, the best eye exam I've ever had! Dr. Mariam Elias was so thorough and really took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. I didn't feel rushed at all--she made sure all my questions were answered. You can tell she really cares. And I'm obsessed with my new glasses--they're perfect! If you're looking for an eye doctor who actually takes the time and makes you feel cared for, this is the place to go.

I went in for my annual visit under the impression that my copay would be $10. However, additional services were performed without informing me that they would incur an extra charge of $130. I called the office to express my disappointment, but unfortunately, they showed no concern or willingness to address the issue.

I had my exam today at Pink Vision Associates. Having been a loyal patient of Dr. Maria and Dr. Carla for the past 10 years, I can confidently say that their exceptional care and wonderful staff have made every visit a pleasure. The team's warmth and efficiency create a welcoming atmosphere, and their optician's expertise in helping me choose the perfect eyewear is truly commendable. While it's true they have a small space, I've always left the clinic feeling satisfied with not only my improved vision but also the personalized attention I receive. It's truly a family practice. These doctors are outstanding optometrists and I truly appreciate their team for a decade of exceptional service!
