Cannot say enough good things about this office and the staff here!!!! I came in really discouraged after receiving an incorrect prescription/glasses from an outside facility. They were able to get me an appointment that day and help clarify all my questions/concerns, not to mention get me the correct prescription/glasses. I purchased a new pair of progressive glasses in August. I have had an ongoing issue of the right lense popping out. I am constantly popping the top back in. I went back to Clarkson this morning to see if they can be repaired. I waited 20 minutes for the repair, however was told that the associate almost got it in perfectly and then it popped out again. I purchased the "protection plan" the day of my exam back in August. When checking in the computer, I was told I wasn't in the system. This is my 3rd pair of glasses purchased at this location. I was then told that it was after the 30 days. That somehow the replacement pair would cost over $1000, if the associate didn't do something in the computer system. I don't care what they had to do, I wasn't paying anything for a replacement pair. I feel the protection is a just their way of making extra money"fees"
