Horizon Eye care NJ: Lindsey Petsch, OD

I love Horizon Eye Care in Manahawkin for a number of reasons. Greeted warmly when entering, office is clean, bright and spacious. Waiting time is very fast as they always have ample staff to make total visit timely. My doctor Lindsey is nice, thorough and caring. Took her time to make sure my questions were answered and I did not seem rushed at all. Would recommend office and especially Dr. Petsch to everyone.

First impression of entering the office y'all are met by a professional and friendly staff. I had an early morning appointment and exam was started prior to my scheduled appointment. This is extremely important for me. I am retired from my prior careers as a firefighter and frontline healthcare worker currently working as a personal trainer my time is essential and healthcare meeting my high level and experience is expected and was fully met. The barrier between patient and doctor is non existent and it is more friendly and stress free environment minus shooting whiskey. Fully explained exam process and high level of care received. Surprisingly the eye drops used to dilate pupils wore off extremely quickly compared to normal. High recommended and since moving from Florida extremely happy with my decision to use her as my new eye doctor. Can't really go wrong with anyone who likes country music.

I normally use the EHT office, but there is always an issue there of on time appointments and wait times. etc.. So I decided to travel to Manahawkin office which was about 35 minutes away.. Best decision ever! In and out. I had an 1145 am appointment , got there at 1120. Was checked in, taken to the room by a technician, seen by the doctor, picked out frames and was out the door by 1155 am! The other office should be trained by this one on how to be professional and efficient.. Worth the drive! Everyone I had contact with in this. Office was amazing! Will be my new office of choice! Dr. Petsch is the best!! Thank You all again!

Dr Petsch is the best. We always enjoy seeing her and she is so kind and knowledgeable. She take the time needed to answer questions and if she doesn't know the answer she will find out or direct you to the person you can speak to.

I love Horizon Eyecare! I am always treated with the utmost respect and care. They always have a great selection of frames for glasses. I have been a patient for many years!!! I would definitely recommend them!

My first eye check up at this office, my previous doctor retired. A perfect exam, timely, my experience could not be improved.

The only thing that prevents me from giving a five-star rating is the selection of the frames. There wasn't anything interesting there everything pretty much looked the same nothing modern or even fancy LOL. I think they need to really vamp up their eyeglass selection and that will get them a five-star rating. Other than that the staff was very pleasant I didn't have a very long wait. The Establishment was very clean and neat and I had a great examination the doctor (Dr. Petsch); was very professional and so was her assistant... Wonderful experience, but boring glasses
