DrJenson was absolutely anazing. She was so kind and gentle getting the foreign material out of my eye almost effortlessly but with surgical persision. The last thing I would also like to take the time out to celebrate is how absolutly amazing sales associate ive ever had in an Americas best location. She def went above and beyond to make sure that I got every single thing I wanted to get accomplished while there. She really should prob get a raise bc she is so personable and flare out and amazing person first and amazing sales associate second. Treasure her and make sure you guys take care of her and make her feel as appreciated as she should feel or even better bc she has got to be one of your most amazing customer service reps.

This glasses and contact store offers excellent service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They take the time to help you find the perfect fit and answer all your questions. I highly recommend them for a smooth and pleasant eyewear experience.

We are up here from FL visiting our kids for the holidays and my glasses broke on the way up. My frames originally came from America's Best so we went to the Mays Landing store to see about a new frame for the lenses and we worked with store Manager Christine who was extremely nice and very helpful and because the frames were older and not a stock match anymore it was hard to find anything that the lenses could fit into. So Christine offered very nicely I might add to just glue the broken frame I have for the moment to get me by while she searches her other stores for a potential match on a frame and if she can't find one then at least I can use the repaired frame to get home with and see about a new frame in FL. Overall a great experience and would recommend this store to everyone. Thanks again Christine

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Stephanie Shapiro, and unfortunately it was the worst experience I've had in all the years we've been coming to this office. In my personal experience, she was extremely dismissive and came across as very arrogant. I was there with my minor daughter, and as her mother, I tried asking questions about her eyes and prescription. Instead of addressing me, Dr. Shapiro kept talking only to my child as if I wasn't even in the room. She did not look at me, acknowledge my concerns, or answer my questions. When I asked her about my daughter's vision, she brushed off my question. The entire appointment felt rushed, and I truly felt she didn't spend enough time examining my daughter or giving us proper explanations. Based on my personal experience, I will never return to her as our family eye doctor. We have been coming to this office for years and have always had great experiences until this visit. If you come here, I would recommend requesting a different doctor. My interaction with Dr. Shapiro was unprofessional, rude, and disappointing.

Bro these people have the audacity to be so incredibly incompetent at their jobs that they actually blur the lines between trolling and abysmally unqualified. I've been through every bad experience with these people: contacts that were 3 weeks late because they didn't organize the order into the file the entire time, requesting my prescription just to get an incomplete prescription unable to be fulfilled elsewhere, being put on a "brief hold" just to wait 15 mins and be hung up on. These people are AMERICA'S WORST. Look Elsewhere!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Walked in and they canceled my appointment as I was there before I could even check in. Notified them that I was in the store as the appointment was canceled and they still tried to make me reschedule. Monica is her name
