If you are thinking about going to Dr. Seidenberg for cataract surgery think twice. I had a very bad experience with this doctor and staff. He scheduled me for cataract surgery of the right eye. During the surgery he dislocated the lens , could not understand what happened, halted the surgery and released me from the hospital with incomplete procedure. As a result of this I had to undergo a second emergency surgery (Vitrectomy) which was done by a Retinal Specialist to remove the lens from the back of the eye. As a result of this trauma , I have not achieved better vision and continue to have issues. They also charged me approximately $2600 for special lens that was lost during surgery. They did not refund me for it. Also, they sold me two new glasses and told me they will file claims with Medicare for refunds. After one year Medicare still doesn't have their claims with correct authorization number. Very frustrated with this doctor and his office staff.

The entire staff from the front desk, optometrist, Dr Seidenberg and optician went beyond my expectations. Truly the best health care experience.

The doctors here are so nice. I mostly see Dr. Murphy, but Seidenberg is just as welcoming. Coming here is an experience. It's hard to reschedule an appointment, tends to be a longer wait but it's worth it. They also have a glasses shop on site.

Dr. Seidenberg and Dr. Kim are very professional and very skilled doctors. My whole immediate and extended family have been going there for years and Dr. Seidenberg performed cataract surgery on my father with dementia with the utmost care, empathy and patience. I feel very safe bringing elderly relatives and daughter with health issues to his practice as his office follows best practices for a health care setting. Thank you Dr. Seidenberg and Dr. Kim for doing what's best for your patients and for prioritizing their needs and safety!!

I love my eye doctor - Dr. Keith Seidenberg! Years ago before I became his patient, my previous eye doctor told me my eyes were too dry for contacts so I wore glasses all the time. During my first visit, I explained how I would love the option of contacts but due to my dry eyes never got them. Dr. Seidenberg did a different test and said I should be fine with these extra moist contacts that I have been wearing ever since! If it were not for him, I would probably still be wearing glasses. Not only is his service outstanding, but his staff is incredibly friendly and helpful as well. Whether I am making an appointment, ordering my contacts or coming in for a visit, I am always greeted with a smile and pleasant voice. Re-ordering my contacts is a snap! Usually Faye at the from desk just pulls my chart, confirms the order and they are delivered to my house. I cannot say enough about Dr. Keith Seidenberg and his staff. If you are looking for a new eye doctor be sure to give him a visit. I am sure you will be just as pleased.

My husband, 2 boys and I have recently started going to Dr. Seidenberg's office. Dr. Seidenberg took his time and has such a caring touch. We are just so impressed with the doctor and his office staff. And the optical store is unlike any other in a doctor's office. There is a great selection of frames and the optician's expertise is superb! You can tell this office has been around for a while just by the loving care the entire office team provides!

Top quality practice. Dr. Seidenberg has provided exceptional care to our family over the years, including eye injuries, diseases, and surgeries, as well as excellent routine eye (and vision related) care. Simply the finest around. I felt that Dr. Kim seemed excellent as well.

Dr. Kim and Dr. Seidenberg are fine doctors. But I do not condone his office's new COVID policy. He will only see vaccinated patients. While I am vaccinated I do not agree with denying service to people who are not vaccinated. 2 weeks before my appointment my phone and email were spammed with texts/emails confirming I was vaccinated. I had to show proof of my vaccine to the receptionist who wrote the dates and vaccine received in my file. During my appointment I was questioned why I got JJ and the JJ booster, as if that wasnt considered good enough. I refuse to support a doctor who arbitrarily denies service to patients who are not vaccinated. Good riddance.
