I had a very disappointing experience here. The level of disorganization was concerning, and it often felt like the staff and providers were not on the same page. Clear communication and patient-centered care are essential in healthcare, and unfortunately, that was not reflected in my visit. The overall experience left me feeling anxious rather than supported.

My son is on the autism spectrum and can be very aggressive if agitated. The wait was very short to get him in the examination room. They were very patient with him and got the exam done without a hitch. We will definitely go back for his annual exam.

This is not a fun review to write because we really liked the optometrist that we saw. But, he diagnosed our 6 month old with -2 in one eye and -3 in another. Because that level of eye correction is very rare in babies, we decided to get a second opinion. We saw an ophthalmologist who told us that his vision was perfectly fine and to come back in a year to get re-checked. Because that diverged so drastically from the original optometrist, we took him to a second ophthalmologist, who also said his vision was fine and to come back in a year for a normal annual checkup. If we had put "corrective" lenses on our son with that level of prescription, we may have interfered with the normal development of visual pathways in the brain and he could have developed a lazy eye (amblyopia) because of the differential in misdiagnosed vision in each eye -- and he wouldn't have been able to see well with the mis-prescribed glasses. I am very glad that my wife and I had the judgment and the time to get him retested. I feel like we dodged a huge bullet here if we had damaged our child's eyesight by using the eye prescription from this optometrist (despite the fact that we liked him at the visit).

Dr. Wagner is an A1 doctor. He is very thorough with the tests. But the front office is so rude here that they don't treat their patients as humans... I was half an hour late for my appointment n I called several times as soon as my car broke down about my delay. I left 2 voicemails n still nobody got back to me. I reached there and then the rude front desk lady in a shrewd tone says " your appointment has been cancelled and you need to reschedule." I tried explaining her my emergency situation but she got even more rude n said you will have to wait for a year for another appointment or just take the only 1 she had a week later. I asked her why nobody attended my call because I lost around $100 on Uber back n forth coz I was traveling from Jersey city. If you don't like the job then just leave, there may be others willing to apply... but be a human being first and learn empathy. It was ok to cancel my appointment but the mean attitude just ws unacceptable. I should have asked to talk to the doctor directly..

I was recommended to Dr. Waldman by my eye doctor. I was very skeptic in going to Dr. Waldman after my Doctor tells me he can't do anymore for my vision. The day I meet Doctor Waldman he was very considerate and hopeful with my vision. He examine my eyes and said, don't worry there are a few things to make your vision better. He gave me hope! Doctor Waldman is what you call a Doctor he cares for is patients.
He operated on my eyes I know with the complications I have they are not perfect, but I see better! I know I will never get 100% vision., but I know he won't give up! His staff are considerate , kind and respectful. They treat you sweet and are concerned. They work with you to schedule your appointments. Thank you.....for your service!

Requested my prescription be sent to another provider. They did not take care of it.
It's been two whole weeks now, and still nothing unable to get in touch with them!
Beware of this place! Admin staff is awful.
