I arrived on Friday afternoon at 2:30pm. I was greeted with a kind, friendly, smiling face belonging to Monique. She is a GEM!!! Monique has the knowledge, patience and eye for style and detail when choosing the best frame for the shape of your face. I dread frame shopping but Monique was so personable and listened to my needs and knew exactly what would look good and work for me. My anxiety had me sitting in my car not wanting to go try on frames. Monique turned my day around with her expert assistance. If you need new frames be sure and stop in to see Monique or any of the other talented and friendly salespeople. You'll be VERY HAPPY you did!

Absolutely love this Warby Parker. It is so convenient to get an eye exam and shop for prescription glasses and sunglasses at the same time. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The frames are stylish and reasonably priced. I love that I can go in anytime to get my frames adjusted free of charge. I try to get a new pair of frames each year because they are so stylish and affordable. I finally have a selection of frames at home that I can choose from depending on the mood of the day! Highly recommend to family, friends, and anyone in need of prescription glasses. The staff checks insurance coverage and takes care of explaining benefits and any co-pay or co-insurance owed.

Oh man, I walk in, just shopping, not wanting to buy - just - ya browsing.... Then, I meet Kelsey - she wasn't pushy, so nice, she asked me wonderful questions what I liked about the glasses what I didn't like - then, her team came in and they all worked in synergy, adjusted my new baby blues I love them so much, I may come back for my wife!!! This was the best experience I've ever had at an eye glasses store. The team took the time to help me find a frame that properly fit my face, opposed to a pair I picked off the wall because I liked how it looked, but it didn't necessarily fit right. Then explained to me how my current glasses that always fall off my face, fall because they're not the proper style and demonstrated how a frame that is better suited for my facial structure will not fall off my face. Over all the team was wonderful to work with and I would return to this location for another pair of glasses.

I had an exam here a couple of months ago and today it was the first day I came shopping for contacts and glasses, and I had the best experience. I loved Vicki and the rest of the staff, they were so helpful. I always feared putting my contact lenses in, and they really helped me feel more comfortable, and I love how confident the staff made me feel my new glasses.

Highly recommend the Montvale store as they have great selection but more importantly fantastic staff! Ben was such a big help to my friend and me for a longgggg time as we decided which glass to purchase. He helped me pick glasses that looked good on me and gave his honest opinion while being kind which is soo appreciated. He brought out different sizes of the same glasses and didn't rush us at all. The woman who did the measuring for my progressives is great also and did my last pair which were perfect as ordered. They have a great return policy too. Can't say enough about them and if you are shopping alone, ask for Ben to help you although they were all helpful and friendly without being pushy.
