America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had such trouble getting my frames changed when I didn't like how they fit. It took them three separate times to get it right. I called for the date I got my glasses so I could get my lenses replaced and they young man said September. So I came in the last week of August to get my new lenses. I was helped by an older lady who said you came in to late you can't get them replaced. I said I called for the date and one of your coworkers told me September. She said I can't help. Youu can wait for the manager and I said ok. After a few minutes she said sit over there and pointed to the door which I moved to. The manager put in the computer my replacement because he remembered all my mistakes they did and I waited a week for to pick them up. I picked them up and told them that the prescription was my reading one and not the regular ones I brought in to be replaced. The manager put in my lenses replacement last week so he had to make sure he put in my regular prescription correct so I now have to wait another week to get them. Fingers crossed! My sister went to war by Parker and got her glasses without any problems at all. I'll be trying them next. Finger crossed!

we had a great experience today at this location! yacoub helped me and my mother get exams & purchase new glasses. he was very knowledgeable & was able to suggest styles, lenses, and gave us a bang for our buck! we're regulars here but the staff always treat us amazing & keep us coming back. choose this america's best every time!

1 word... Incredible! Michelle has helped us from the beginning of the process. 5 Months after I received my glass I had a scratch on 1 of my lense... Well not only did I receive I brand new set of glasses, there was no charge! Michelle was extraordinary customer focused and very pleasant, friendly, customer focused and an amazing person... So lucky we got this kind of service. Thanks Michelle and America's Best for an amazingly experience.....

I couldn't complain about anything. The service was excellent, the doctor was excellent, every worker was very very polite. I enjoyed my visit. Then my glasses are absolutely beautiful. Thank you all for helping!

Let me tell you the best experience ever from the time you walk in the door to the time that you leave to the customer service excellent and I mean superb treatment prices. Everything can't say anything bad. I appreciate you guys even the customer service was just awesome. I'm just so excited And so happy that customer service quality was everything thank u BEN JOB WELL DONE .

Star and Debra are the most patient and amazing doctors at this location. I would strongly recommend them due to how sweet and caring they are as I try to learn how to insert and remove contact lenses. It is a work in progress, but thank you, thank you, thank you. I highly recommend them at America's Best! Wonderful staff!

5 stars for the customer service today, everyone was great. There was a bit of a wait for my appointment but not excessively long, just shopped around while I waited. I look forward to my new glasses.

The care of the tech in the doctor in the back for the examination was professional and complete. Afterwards Ashley helped me with my purchase of glasses formed me of all the deals available the best way to process with her help I decided to pair was affordable. Great service and help is always I've been using America's best for years now I recommend them to many and wouldn't go anywhere else. This was their Mount Laurel location. Back today to pick up 2 pairs. As always excellent service from all. Even managed to repair old pair that I thought was hopeless. I cannot say enough about the Moorestown location been coming here for years and never been disappointed. I always recommend them to everyone I know. Ty Victoria!
