He's now been retired (this office initially never communicated this with long time patients) & we are still at the Moorestown office. I never get a call back as suggested on the voicemail (), it's always a surprise to speak with a human on the 1st call (), & customer service in the office is actually friendly (). The 4 stars belong to Dr Chetti; she's great, & the actual location is easy to get to.
