Dr. Desai is truly exceptional. She took so much time carefully evaluating my eyes and made sure we found the best contact lenses for me. I never felt rushed and she explained everything clearly throughout the entire visit. She is easily the most thorough eye doctor I have ever had, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and getting things right. Her assistant Gia is also awesome. She was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and smooth from start to finish. Overall this was a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend Dr. Desai and her team if you are looking for thoughtful, thorough, and excellent eye care.

Hands down the best doctor experience I've ever had! From the sweet young woman who greeted us at the front desk. The most kind, friendly and personable staff. Made me feel very much at ease. Will be bringing the entire family here. Highly recommend to anyone who is in the area!

My experience at Holistic Eyecare & Wellness, LLC. was one to remember! From being greeted and attended to by both Gia and Dr. Desai from my initial entrance through each following exam, it was a seamless experience. The knowledge shared, patience during each exam and attention to detail made for a great experience. I'm looking forward to returning back for my subsequent visits, highly recommend!

It was one of the best eye exams I have ever had. Dr. Desai explained everything clearly and the staff was absolutely wonderful helping me pick out my new glasses. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Highly recommend eye exams with Dr Desai at Lens Crafters (Moorestown Mall). She is professional, thorough, and sensitive. I was most impressed that she took time to show and explain the eye's complicated anatomy before dilating my eyes. Makes sense: if the patient knows what the physician is trying to do, then there's teamwork & positive results!

DO NOT COME HERE.. I was not happy with my contact exam. I initially came here for a glasses exam and felt pressured to get a contact exam. I went and had my exam. The doctor told me how much I would be paying, which clearly wasn't the amount on my receipt. then I felt pressured to have to order contacts. I ordered the contacts I paid cash and then the very next day I called and explained I was unhappy with these contacts and I just wanted my money back for the contacts. I spoke with the doctor a day later and she advised me that I could get my money back and told me how much I would be getting for a refund when I went in person to get a refund because I did pay cash for my appointment the representative at the front in the doctor chose to go in the back. I don't know what they were discussing and all of a sudden they came back and told me they could only refund me $7.50 which is an insult he told me that he accidentally forgot to charge me for my eye exam which I have the detailed bill and it shows my eye in contact exam on there so they just did not want to give me my refund. I am highly upset. Do not come to this location the reviews on this Google are fake. The BBB are getting involved and I already filed my complaint. It is very unfair that you did not charge me for the service and then when I asked for a refund, tell me you have to charge me for a service that is not my fault that I was not charged for the service. I just want my money back that I paid out-of-pocket. I understand that I have to pay for my exam, I don't want the money back for my exam. I want the money back that I'm owed that the doctor told me that she's going to give me.
