Dr. Pinke welcomed this patient, after a considerable hiatus, with genuine concern, kindness and of course a thorough competent eye exam. I was more than satisfied with the visit. Furthermore, the staff from front to back were friendly, knowledgeable and service oriented. Kudos to Dr. Pinke and the Denville office.

Have had great experience for30+years. My mom,myself,my husband have all had cataract surgery. NO ISSUES at the office or surgery center. I would recommend DR. PINKE TO EVERYONE! Thank you for taking such good care of my family.

After wearing glasses since I was 8 years old, it is truly amazing to see clearly now without them. I cannot say enough good things about Roxbury Eye Center and specifically Dr. Robert Pinke. He explained the entire procedure in easy to understand terms. The actual eye surgery in each eye only took 15 minutes at Ridgedale Surgical Center, and Dr. Pinke himself called me in the evening after surgery to see if I had any questions. His staff at both locations are efficient and caring. I highly recommend Dr Pinke.

Doctor Robert S. Pinke and his team are among the best in the ophthalmology business , my surgery when very well I had no problems at all my vision is now 20/20 I have nothing but gratitude for them , I'm also happy I don't have to ware glasses anymore .... Thank you thank you

Doctor Pinke is a truly fine doctor...I am fortunate to have found him...i go to Costco for my glasses because i can afford them there and not in Dr. Pinke's office

Last year, I would have given this place 5 stars. I like Dr. Maturana but the staff at this place sucks. And I don't like that they allow you to leave with a written script UNSIGNED. This is against the law. Even if a script is sent electronically it has to have a digital signature. Printed scripts ALWAYS have to have a signature on them. I live 45 min away. I didn't realize my script for new glasses was unsigned so I then drove a little further to CostCo where I was told they would have to call for a script to be faxed over with a signature on it. CostCo called them and the staff said that it couldn't be done as the doctor was with patients and then it would also depend on when they could actually fax it. CostCo told me they always have a problem with this office not signing scripts. So, I called them. I explained that I live 45 min away and needed to do this now since I'm here. I also informed them of what CostCo told me and whoever I spoke to rudely told me that's because CostCo is the only place that won't take a typed signature. This was a printed script and I looked it up; it needs to be signed with an actual signature NO MATTER WHAT because it was a printed script. Then I was TOLD to do other shopping. Guess what? Other shopping was perishables so once I was done, it was time to go! UPDATE: I needed a re-up of my eye drop script which the Dr. didn't do at the time of my exam and normally this is no big deal because I just have the pharmacy contact them but I've been waiting a few days now so I called the pharmacy and was told the Dr's office is non-responsive. They have made the request and sent follow up requests. So, now they get one star.

Doctor Pinke and his staff are excellent very professional. He did cataract surgery on both of my eyes and I can see like I'm a young man. See perfect, long vision, short vision. Reading everything, he did a great-great job.

They are very caring and very exact with their treatment to u.. I would recommend them to anyone who needs eye care
