This facility. was very comfortable. Workers. in the attendance behind the desks were quite helpful in assisting Me. to get to the point of helping me get my eye exam and eventually see Dr Patrick Higgins. Dr Higgins. was a very friendly. warm knowledgeable person. who kept me well informed. of the ongoing problem with my right eye. after the surgery. I followed the prescription. given to me. and I am very satisfied with the progression that we have made. I have another appointment with Dr Higgins. in 3 months and that should be the final meeting with the Doctor. Due to the long distance travel involved. as I live in cinnamons in New Jersey. Again, the doctor was very informative. as my wife and my son and I met with him. at least four times. And he gave us as much time as we needed to be satisfied. The team of workers that Always seem to be with the doctor. are also. very informed. They know their product. and they are willing to spend time to discuss. whatever my needs would be. I would put Dr Higgins on the top of the list of any doctor that I've ever engaged with. He is a good medical doctor. and seemingly very nice person. Thank you. Bob Finley

Let me start by saying the doctors, the nurses, and the rest of the staff are GREAT. However, my rating is primarily influenced by the extensive wait times I've experienced. Over the course of three visits this year, I have consistently faced delays ranging from 2 to 3 hours, with most of that time spent waiting. The doctors often appear to be behind schedule, and there is typically no explanation or communication regarding the delays or expectation management. Additionally, the consultations themselves are quite brief, lasting about 10 minutes. On one occasion, I was seen by a different doctor than the one I had scheduled with, without any prior notification. While there may be valid reasons for these delays, the lack of transparency and the significant time commitment required for each appointment have been major inconveniences.
