Anthony C Posting publicly Was seen and recommended cataract surgery. Went to a surgeon and it went very well. I make an appointment as a follow up and was told my insurance didn't cover it. My Ins did cover the initial visit and the surgery. After making me wait 45min because the incompetent staff member for got to check me in. Then I'm told they need to speak to my ins company. Made me another appointment as they were supposed to straighten it out, Knowing the incompetence of the whole establishment I checked before my appointment and was then told I would have to pay cash. My ins is stellar and have never dealt with this level of unprofessional treatment. And the overall place was dirty. I've seen cleaner bathrooms in a gas station. I would seek any other Eye care than this place. If I could leave -stars I would have.

I got my prescription done there, went to go order my glasses online, called them because they did not put down all the information i needed in the prescription, they told me i had to come in to get all the other measurements, when I got there I told them I needed my pd and they told me that unless I ordered my glasses there they would not give that to me. Not only did they waste my time, and gas but they lied to me about giving me all the information needed unless I strictly ordered from them. When I first originally went to this place the experience was quick and decently pleasant, but after noticing that I did not have my full prescription and dealing with this I am not sure if I would go back. In this pandemic not many people can afford glasses that are 200+ that honestly don't look very good to begin with. I understand they need to make their money as well, however the pd is part of the prescription and should have been written down to begin with.

This place does not verify information with patients!!! I'm not even a patient here, but they used my insurance for someone, just because they have the same name. After much inconvenience, and going back and forth, the problem was solved. However, this should not even be a problem in the first place since information should be properly verified with each patient.

The receptionist there is nasty. She gives you an attitude. I asked for a copy of my son's prescription and she was bothered that I even asked. The rest of the staff is so nice. She was the only issue.

My daughter and I both see their doctors and each time have had a wonderful, caring and professional experience.

Staff us friendly and professional, accept most insurances, The Doctor is very professional and nice
